The hotel was a bit removed from the historic district, but the staff were super nice and the rooms were squeaky clean. I was happy there was a treadmill and basic gym. The breakfast was ok but the two dinners we had were mediocre. We were also really happy that the staff let us check in early.

The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! So spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed and pillows, amazing shower, great supply of shampoo, soap and conditioner, laundry service. Included in the very reasonable price is a superb breakfast with many choices of main and endless supply of coffee, tea as well as fruit, juice, bread and sweets. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, professional and available 24 hours a day. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood with a wonderful view from the restaurant windows. I would not hesitate to totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa. Definitely 5 stars!

Was a very comfortable room and reception service good. Experience was dampened by the chef who "couldn't" replace one ingredient in a burger for another. Odd inflexibility from an otherwise nice hotel.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, only the location is a little far from attractions.

The location is somewhat convinient. There are no HVAC systems in the hotel so during the day, the rooms are hot as an oven and at night it's cold. Also, watch out for the extra taxes in addition to the amount you pay here at the **********. The hotel charges additional 8% for foreign passport holders provided they are in the country for less than 59 days. If the foreign passport holder is in the country for 59 days or more, then the hotel will charge 18% even for foreign passport holders - we had to pay 18% additional taxes. The breakfast is basic but make sure you know what you want to for sure because they won't allow replacement or more than they have allocated in their plate. There are no breakfast pastries. They put the bread budding on the displace which are that good either. Please do not expect any croissants, Danish, or muffins. The tea and coffee selections are very basic. The gym equipment is also very basic. Hotel staffs are nice once you can break the ice. Have a great view of Misti Mountain.

I booked for 12 nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a lot of good choices, including some healthy options. One person who really stood out was Karin who worked in the restaurant. She was friendly, courteous and despite wearing a mask, I could tell she always had a smile on her face. Taxis to get to Plaza de Armas we're just 10 Soles ($2.50). A large supermarket is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but there's not much else within walking distance. I would stay here again based on price, cleanliness, and the overall friendliness of all staff I encountered!

Amazing hotel, great customer service, highly recommended

Very clean and accommodating staff. Kind of a little gem just outside of the downtown core. Quiet, gated neigbourghood. Lovely breakfast was include in the price. We stayed twice on the same trip. Happy to endorse this facility to travellers looking for above average, contemporary arrangements.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms, nice beds and good bathrooms. Rooms are clean, wifi is functional and breakfast is okay (no buffet when we stayed here). Service and help from the reception desk is excellent. Kelly helped us to pick and book some of the best restaurants in town. Also, unsolicited airport pickup service was offered at reasonable price few days before arrival. This hotel is located in San Isidro which is a bit out of the centre but taxi rides are cheap and easy to fix so the location should not prevent anyone to book this place. Would stay here again.
