Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location in Argostoli. We loved this hotel! The location is perfect and very special for exploring the city and all it has to offer but yet the hotel still manages to achieve a sense of peace and quiet. The air con in the main foyer areas and bedrooms was much appreciated during our very hot visit! The reception staff were lovely - very friendly and obliging. The housemaids were very attentive and our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The well stocked mini bar was a lovely addition and reasonably priced. Our teenagers loved this feature! Major hit was the rooftop terrace serving the best cocktails EVER! The lovely young lady behind the bar was so kind and made us the nicest cocktails of our whole holiday in Kefalonia. You must try them! Spectacular and chilled view of the city and harbour from up here - a slice of paradise all to yourself! Even has a hot tub and sun lingers. Breakfast was very good and high quality. Beds very comfortable and towels and bedding were of high quality . We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Argostoli again. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. He organised our airport transfer and other bits and pieces were dealt with quickly and with the very best customer service at all times. Book this hotel , you won't be disappointed! Very convenient location, right in the centre, with parking at 5 euros extra but quite necessary in August. Professional and kind staff, helpful in everything. The triple is a bit small, with very little space if you are travelling with luggage, the bathroom was ok and wifi very good. No noise at night with top insonorisation and comfortable beds. Breakfast is 5 star, with lots of delicious and quality products prepared afresh. Nice also the roof garden. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location, lovely staff, breakfast was more than expected., rooms clean. Would definitely recommend and return. The hot tub and sun-beds on the roof terrace were a real bonus, with great views over the harbour.

We’ve just had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Mouikis hotel in Argostoli. The service was wonderful from the moment we walked in, we had a gorgeous room with a big balcony over looking the sea. The bed was very comfortable and a lovely single bed for our 3 year old daughter. The added bonus for our stay was the roof top views to enjoy the sun and relax in the jacuzzi.

My sister & I have just returned from another very enjoyable stay at the Mouikis hotel. We were given a warm welcome at check in, despite a very late arrival time. We love the location of the hotel, close to restaurants, shops and the harbour for turtle watching. The choice at breakfast was good & varied .The rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was perfect to make the most of the late October sunshine. Thank you all for your hospitality We will definitely stay again!

Lovely comfy beds, very friendly staff, great location and excellent breakfast - perfect holiday spot for Turtle watching, boats, restaurants, excursions, shopping - yet peaceful location with superb views from rooftop.

€25 taxi fare for 20 minute drive from airport. Important to confirm it’s the “hotel” you want as there are villas in a different location with the same name. Really helpful and kind staff on reception. Given room 203 on 2nd floor with very narrow balcony with great view of the harbour. Super clean room with comfortable bed. Small bathroom with very small shower cubicle - but strong water flow with lots of hot water. Aircon available and needed in hot weather. Enjoyed evening drinks on the roof top bar. Located off the main street with the shops and restaurants but room quiet - it was late September. About 700m from the bus station - we were going on to Ithaca by ferry from Sami. Had to cross over the road a few times to find suitable pavements to drag suitcases. Reception suggest booking direct with hotel.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating (they have a mini gym which they let me use the gym before the opening time). The shower cubicle was very tight to move around in the bathroom (room we had was a double or twin room with sea view) but I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again.
