Paying Hotel price for a Motel experience. This is the worst example of a quality inn location. The building has seen better years, it feels like they tried to renovate but they didn’t do a very good job. The laminate fake wood floor was warping and bubbled up, the bathroom had indentations of some one punching it, the AC unit wasn’t cold (it felt more like a fan) The funniest part was the staff. They front desk person was very unwelcoming and is obviously tired of their job. They have their script down so well, that they can recite the words quickly with a blank face. They even described the complimentary breakfast as “it’s just a to go bag for breakfast, no big deal”. Definitely the worst Quality Inn experience that I wish I didn’t have.

We staid in this Motel 1 night. The smell in the room is terrible, because everything inside is thousand years old! We were not able to turn on the shower. The shower knob is broken and it’s rotating by it self. The valve is rusted and corrosive, it’s cracked and not safe at all. No way to shower! The tub is an old plastic and the toilet knob is missing/ broken. The refrigerator is vibrating and is horrible noisy- nobody can sleep with this noise. The door is not locking and is so old that you can hear all the noise from the street. (Located on the Main Street in Mesa- a lot of car traffic!) Something like this is absolutely NOT acceptable for the price we paid for 1 night: $145.00! I know the Choice Hotels from my past since years. I used to work as a front desk there and I know that there is a standard breakfast in all Choice Hotels in the USA. This Quality Inn in Mesa, AZ didn’t offer anything else than Cereals and waffles. I know that this motel is a part of a franchise but it’s a Shame for Choice Hotels! The management is terrible!

It ******! Can never remember staying in such a dirty, fly-infested place in my life! Faucets were opposite- hot was cold, etc. TV remote did not work with television. Was shown how to operate using buttons on back of TV. An old hotel that has not been kept up.

This an average hotel. The room smells like mildew. The chairs are completely worn out. The room was definitely over priced. This is ok for a 1 night stay.

Clogged sink , chair was ripped and had stains bathroom had moldy dirty corners One of the worst places i have stayed and never will pick a quality in again

The room smelled like smoke, there were burns on the bed spread and couch. We only got a half roll of toilet paper, and there was no shower curtain…. When we checked in we were told that if we wanted cleaning services we had to request it in advance and that the Wi-Fi was down, but they should be getting part to have it back up by the following night. There were people outside all night partying and even the next morning when we left around 7:30 am. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but with the location and service, we cut our loses and started our drive that night back home.

The tub was disgusting it was cracked and flaking off. Toilet seat broken, tv remote not working. Also we had noisy neighbors that kept us up until 2 in morning and we had to leave for airport at 4:30. Asked desk to take care of situation, he did not instead Daniel from front desk smoked a joint and drank a beer under stairs by ice machine. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

This property was filthy, had at least 20 cigarette burns in the bedspread, food and god knows what all over the walls, flying bugs all over the bathroom, cigarette burns in the tub, no hot water in the sink , holes in the vinyl floor, bugs in the bathroom light , dead bugs all over the lamp shades. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall.
