Great experience with the people, the staff, the food, and the service. The receptionists were always kind and able to solve any problem. Food at the bar was available until midnight so we could eat there in many cases. The food in general was very good, but the amazing thing was the hamburger: fresh meat, fresh bread and veggies. Homemade. Delicious. And so were the salads and the gyros. The rooms were always clean. Also the quality of the customers was really good. We met nice people. The overall resort was quiet at night and we could rest very well. Thank you for the wonderful staying.

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) for 10 nights in a superior family room. Our thoughts as follows Room - very clean, well maintained, air con (included in room rate, as is the safe) great, bit on the small side for 4 full-sized people, spacious balcony, bed very comfy, pillows hit and miss - they all seem to be different and are changed frequently, some were very lumpy but reception were helpful in sorting this out Dining - if you're hoping to self cater at all it's a bit of a struggle as there's only a fridge in the room, bar food excellent and freshly made (around €8 a dish) but some foods only available when the restaurant is open, breakfast fairly similar to the all incs. we've been to but a good selection, if you have dietary requirements you may struggle a little (especially with the bar menu) but again the hotel will try to accommodate you if you ask ahead. Diner is available each night for €20 per person if requested after breakfast - the menu looked quite varied and tempting although due to our dietary requirements we didn't try this out. Noise - generally very quiet, the bar plays music from around 9am to 12pm so request a room away from it if noise bothers you - if there was one thing we would change about the hotel it would be that the music was less loud. The hotel is located in a quiet area so you will benefit from hiring a car unless you plan on staying at the hotel for all meals. Pool - very clean and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, lovely hammock type swing to relax on, for some reason (possibly the water or our sun cream) our swimwear all became tinged with green but this did come out with a white vinegar soak once we returned home, the rooms are positioned around the pool so it's a very quick trip back to the room. Staff - all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, cleaners did a thorough and sterling job. General - remember the hotel tax (due on check out), car park always had enough space for us, the hotel has a pool table (€1 ) and fusbal table (€1) as well as free table tennis, the football pitch and spa mentioned on the website are no longer in operation (although a massuse can be arranged by the hotel), the view from the restaurant is beautiful and a lovely way to start the day.

Great hotel in a quiet area, good breakfast, cosy and cleaned room. Excellent customer service, especially Helena at the front desk, she is just amazing, very attentive, welcoming and always willing to help. Thank you for making us feel at home.

We stayed for one week in Zefyros hotel. It's not in the city but it is right in the centre of the island, so it serves as a perfect base for daily excursions in the mainland and the wonderful beaches of the northwest. Nice, cosy, clean hotel with very nice breakfast and friendly staff that will help you with your trips. Definately will stay again, thank you Zefyros!

The hotel is situated in a remote area which makes it unique. The area is very quite with a shop almost next door or for 10 minutes walk with a supermarket. You need a car if you want to travel to Zante or to the closest beach, which is at @15 min drive. I like the position of the hotel because time spend to each location was @ 15-20 min except south ( Dafni beach ) which was 35 min. The hotel itself is very clean, with friendly staff and if you have a problem in the room they will fix it almost immediately. Breakfast is delicious with a different traditional cake every day. We didn't had dinner here but we were informed if we want we can order something with a day before. The pool is perfect, with clean water and kids had the best time ever. Around 8-9pm pool is closing but bar stay open late. Also food at the bar is delicious. All rooms are big, clean and air conditioner which we had it for free. Highly recomanded if you want a quite relaxing holiday away from the big and crowded city.

Siamo stati vostri ospiti dal 6 al 13 luglio e abbiamo avuto una piacevole vacanza . Ottima e cordiale l'accoglienza , la disponibilità del personale dalla reception in primis come pure nel garantire tutti i servizi . Camera accogliente e pulita . Colazione ben assortita e abbondante , disponibiltà anche x eventuale pranzo a sacco . Ottima la posizione vicina a Zante ma che permetteva in 30 min di raggiungere anche le spiagge più lontane . Inoltre se si voleva trascorrere una giornata in relax senza doversi spostare la piscina al centro dell'hotel ottima con il bar! Da consigliare Massimo e Sara.

Hotel funzionale e con personale disponibile ed accogliente. Camere ben pulite e ben isolate, dotate di aria condizionata e kit di accoglienza. Piscina ben tenuta, ma purtroppo piena di api, che rendono fastidioso l’accesso. La colazione viene servita in una bellissima terrazza, ma poco utilizzabile a causa della presenza delle api. La qualità del cibo è un po’ scarsa, anche se c’è moltissima scelta. A mio parere sarebbe meglio puntare più sulla qualità che sulla quantità. Lo stesso vale per lo stato generare delle forniture presenti nelle aree comuni dell’hotel che risultano essere usurate e macchiate.

Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna allo Zefyros Ecoresort Hotel una settimana nel mese di settembre. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza superlativa e molto familiare, ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Eravamo in una bella stanza a bordo piscina. Ottima colazione dolce e salata e buonissima cena con diversi piatti locali tutto servito in un'ampia terrazza che permetteva di godere del panorama. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff, la direttrice Adriana, le ragazze della reception Federica e Cristina, l'instancabile e tuttofare Lucas e le ragazze del ristorante che purtroppo non ricordo il loro nome. Un ringraziamento speciale a Federica che, con i suoi preziosi consigli, ci ha permesso di visitare in 7 giorni i posti più belli di questa magnifica isola. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel e sicuramente noi ci torneremo

Resort di fascia media lontano dal centro. Stanze comode e confortevoli ma stonano gli infissi in alluminio bianco, la piscina è grande e ben tenuta, il personale parla Italiano ed è gentile e disponibile. Buono nel complesso ma si potrebbe migliorare la colazione.

Siamo rientrati da qualche giorno e già sentiamo la mancanza...che dire siamo stati benissimo..la struttura è situata in una posizione comoda per girare l'isola..a 20/25 minuti da spiagge meravigliose...il personale è eccellente, le ragazze della reception, il personale di sala, il bar, la Sig.ra Adriana ...ti fanno sentire a casa...certo si potrebbe sempre migliorare, come ad esempio iniziare a posizionare delle zanzariere negli appartamenti posti a piano terra e magari dare una sistemata alle camere (parlo per quelle poste ai piani bassi)...nel complesso si sta veramente bene.....consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in relax lontano dal caos...

Ciao belli! Che dire è stato davvero tutto perfetto. Un servizio impeccabile a partire dalle receptionist Morena e Armina, ci hanno dato moltissime dritte e consigli e deliziato con la loro intraprendenza e simpatia! Colazione abbondante e davvero ottima, offrendo sia dolce che salato. Un punto in più per la posizione strategica dell’hotel, incredibilmente centrale, ci ha permesso di goderci l’isola da ogni punto di vista senza mai fare più di 40 minuti di auto. 7 minuti da Zante Town, 15 minuti da Tsilivi o Laganas per la sera. Menzione particolare va al portiere (non ricordiamo il nome) una persona estremamente dolce e gentile. Facevamo rientro intorno alle 2:30 e lui puntualmente ci aspettava per salutarci e darci le chiavi :) Camera standard perfetta per due persone e balconcino comodissimo con stendino. Se proprio vogliamo cercare il pelo nell’uovo, un po’ scomoda la doccia con la tendina. Era inevitabile infatti che l’acqua uscisse fuori. Ma niente di irrimediabile anche perché ogni mattina le camere vengono pulite, cambiano gli asciugamani e rifanno il letto :) Consiglieremo a tutti questo Hotel e - perché no - se dovessimo far ritorno a Zante, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
