Had a wonderful experience over the course of my week long stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to check in early and extend my stay without issue. The suite was well organized without wasted space, beautifully designed and very comfortable. My only criticism is the double bed, for a corner suite with such a breathtaking view of the mountains I couldn’t get over the fact that my feet had to hang off the bed. A queen bed could have fit the space even if it were a little more cramped. Other reviews complained of street noise and the upstairs bar but with the blinds drawn it really cuts out the noise. They also have a nespresso machine in the room to brew up delicious local coffee along with other drinks and snack options in the mini fridge. Amenities were also a highlight here, the gym and sauna room were wonderfully clean and equip. The concierge also provides transportation with reliable individuals and money exchanging services (at a higher rate than you would at a western union in town) but provides you with the convenience and security of not having to transport any large quantities of cash with you. The floors are sectioned off with key card access to each floor via the elevator and posted security in the main lobby at all times. The rooftop bar was an oasis after a long day out in town. The downstairs coffee lounge was light and airy with hanging plants and a decent breakfast selection from the American breakfast of eggs, bacon or cheese, croissant and toast or arepa or choclo waffle, fruit plate, fruit juices and hot coffee or chocolate or a yogurt and granola option. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but it was spotty on the balcony (probably from the thick concrete construction) but I had an amazing time and can not wait to return.

It is kind of a weird situation. It is an office building, and the sixth floor is the hotel. The other floors have offices, doctors, dentists, etc. The top floor is a nice little bar, but doesn´t serve main dishes, just entradas. I was there on a Sunday and the restaurant downstairs was closed, and there really aren´t many options to eat nearby without a 10-15 minute walk, so that wasn´t good. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, it had a lovely terrace, linens were high quality, good water pressure and hot water in the shower, room was in good repair, and the staff was polite and efficient. The front counter clerk even went to a nearby store on her scooter to buy me some sodas, which I thought was very nice.

The staff was rude and they never responded my inquiries. They ignored my request of my room information.

Very beautiful, super clean, brand new hotel on the north side of Armenia, the entire staff was very friendly, from the receptionist who parked my car for me, to the cleaning lady who always had a smile and was super sweat and always had smile and ask if we need anything extra and ask us how are stay was so far and the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodate our special breakfast request without hesitation. The room was big and clean same thing for the bathroom.

This hotel is located in the north part of town. Offers free parking and great breakfast. Our suite was very small with a huge terrace. Not worth what they charge for their “best suite”. Room didn’t have a hair dryer and they install a coffee machine with no plug to use it.

Was put in wrong room, charged a fee, almost charged twice for the price of the room upon arrival. Very noisy due to open space bar on the roof.

Mi visita al restaurante en la terraza de este lugar fue una verdadera decepción. A pesar de haber reservado con anticipación, el personal de recepción no solo nos mantuvo esperando por media hora, sino que también nos informó abruptamente que no podrían sostener nuestra reserva. Lo más molesto fue que, durante ese tiempo, vimos a varias personas entrar sin problemas, presumiblemente por ser amigos del dueño o del administrador. Cuando preguntamos por qué no podíamos entrar a pesar de haber hecho una reserva, la respuesta fue ambigua y poco profesional. El tono desinteresado y la falta de equidad en el trato nos dejó muy insatisfechos. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que busque un trato justo y equitativo

Estuvimos 2 días sin agua caliente en la ducha, 1 dia sin servicio de limpieza en la habitación,ruido muy molesto de la avenida , ventanas sin termopanel, no aíslan del ruido, la solución que dan es ponerse tapones en los oídos!! rentan las habitaciones para fiestas , anoche imposible dormir hasta la madrugada, gritos, musica a todo volumen en la habitación del frente , gente descontrolada gritando borrachos, falta guardias de seguridad que hagan algo, creo que el principal problema es la falta de jefatura presente para controlar, o bajan las tarifas a la mitad o resuelven los problemas, pero como están ahora imposible recomendarlo. Resumen muy mala experiencia, a pesar de la buena disposición del personal para escuchar , pero con cero posibilidad de resolver No espero respuestas tipo, solo que arreglen los inconvenientes

Originalmente teníamos una reserva en la terraza del hotel a las 9pm del 25 de febrero 2023, con tiempo llamamos a Daniela de reservas para mover la reserva a las 10 pm el cual ella nos confirmó que no había problema. Llegamos a las 10pm al hotel y desde recepción nos hacen esperar 30 minutos hasta que nos dicen que la reserva fue reprogramada a las 9:30pm, y que por ende ya no podíamos ingresar. Les informamos que en la llamada Daniela de Reservas nos había confirmado a las 10pm pero no nos creyeron y de una manera muy poco profesional, no nos dieron mas explicaciones y procedimos a abandonar el lugar. Adicionalmente, mientras estábamos esperando el ingreso, llegaron varios grupos de personas y estas, sin demoras, las dejaron ingresar aún sin reserva. Hicimos el comentario de por qué ellas si ingresaron y nosotros no y tristemente nos dijeron que esas personas eran amigos conocidos de uno de los manager. Es increíble que siendo supuestamente un hotel de referencia en la ciudad, nos hayan dado semejante trato, nos hayan tratado de mentirosos y no buscado una solución al inconveniente.
