ホテル ミ モナコ(Hotel Mi Monaco)

I had the opportunity to be with my wife, her family and my family. We were from December 30 to January 2, 2024 and I can tell you that my stay there exceeded all expectations. The attention of the entire team was super great, to always remember Libardo (better known as Jose haha), the girls from the kitchen and restaurant staff and not to mention Mrs. Isabel and her son Sebastian (the owners of the place), who were attentive to the smallest detail all the time. Thank you so much. The farewell dinner for the year was incredible with its 4 courses and an exquisite dessert and the finale of the welcome party for 2024 had us wide awake and in a very special atmosphere with the other guests. The rooms, their arrangement and the general cleanliness of the entire hotel are worth highlighting. In conclusion, go to this hotel, completely recommended in all aspects; You will not regret it, plus all the towns that surround it are very special places that you should visit in Colombia. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, if you want to have a good vacation DO NOT COME HERE, the jacuzzi is under maintenance all night, which is where you are supposed to use the jacuzzi. The pool is full of insects, it is unpleasant to enter there. They ruined our family's entire vacation. Poor management and insufficient flexibility with clients. Worst place to visit in the area I feel like I wasted my money

A nice family hotel with spacious rooms and a nice atmosphere. If your a tranquil and relaxing stay during your vacation this is a good place - especially when being here off season. We were the only guests for two night and we felt very welcome. It is located in the rural area with a distance to something called a city - for us that was great.

What a beautiful place! We stayed at Mi Monaco for 3 nights during our visit to Armenia (coffee farms and Parque del Cafe) June 2023. It is a family business and it's taken care off by the family and wonderful humans! Breakfast was a la carte and delicious. Although they don't have a restaurant, they do have dinner service that you have to preorder. The staff made our stay special and they cater to our needs like if we were at a 5 star hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and despite no A/C, none was needed. My children enjoyed the grounds, and pool . The hotel has beautiful grounds, flowers and areas that you can enjoy peacefully. We had a very relaxing time, away from the city. You should know that unless you have a car, you should arrange for transportation ahead of time if you want to do any sightseeing as it's no walkable to anywhere. The front desk is always willing to help in any way you may need.

It was a great place to spend time with your family . Close to parque del cafe .

The mountain view, nature was just a perk to be surrounded by. Family oriented place. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
