good hotel in central Arvika, close to everything, good friendly personell good rooms and aircondition

Serviceminded betjening. Bra tilbud med ulike muligheter for parkering. Litt for mange plasser til elbilparkering i forhold til plass til andre biler på hotellets inngjerdede parkering. Deilig frokostbuffet. Vanskelig å få varmt vann i dusjen på rommet på morgenen. Den trengte nok en fiks. Ellers veldig greit rom.

Nice place, but sadly super noisy, no good isolation in the rooms, the quality of sleep could be horrible if there are many guests, or during the weekends. The breakfast is good as the other places...

Old but very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Small swimmingpool with good spa. Restaurant very good. Good beds. It was very warm that day, but with the fan we could get a bit fresh air. Parking is perfect . Behand a gate.

Terrible room with a roof pitched, bang my head several times. No elevator must carry my heavy suitcase to the third floor. The heating system cannot turn off, staying the whole night with open windows.

The best experience with the staff, they were very nice and kind and helpful all the time. They were always trying to help and solve everything for you. The cleanness was an issue, they could care better for the room cleanness. And also necessary a towel for the floor for after you take the shower, it could be even dangerous to have wet floor.

gross and dirty, room was disgusting. travelled with my kid and we got room in 1st floor facing the parking lot. Smelled bad in the hall. Tv remote was dirty. I paid about 1500kr for one night, expensive for a dirty hotel.

After a long day working we were looking forward to an evening meal and going to bed. On arriving at the hotel we were informed that the restaurant was busy but they would make room for us. That was nice. After waiting for some time and no one even coming to ask if we would like a drink let alone take an order we decided that we were so tired that waiting for as long as it was obviously going to take was not an option when were where so tired and had an early start next day that we would leave without dinner. As a Top Floor member I have never done this before. We thought we would get a sandwich from the Scandic shop. Not an option nothing to buy from the shop. So bed it was and a Kr 150 voucher that was useless. Wasn't given the option of points when checking in. We spend 3 months of the year away from home working and have been choosing Scandic because we often have long days and just want something quick at night. After having supported Scandic with many of my hotel stays over the past 2 years I was disapointed with the treatment at Arvika.

Last minute booking and everything ran smoothly. Breakfast, both food quality and choice as well as our waitress were fantastic. Especially, considering the price. Only issue was the room’s temperature, it was too hot and difficult to regulate.
