私たちはナポリからローマへの列車を逃しました。夜の最後の列車が残っていたので、私たちは慣れていない都市で午後11時に部屋を探そうと急いでいました。多くのホテルが予約されているため、オプションは限られています。私たちはホテルヴェルギリウスビリアに出会い、もっと喜ぶことができませんでした!フロントのサブリナはとても親切で親切でした!!部屋はきれいで広々とした!バスルームはきれいだった!朝、私たちはおいしい朝食を楽しんだ!ナポリに滞在する場合は、ホテルヴェルギリウスビリアをお勧めします!

What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Da evitare!!! L’hotel si presenta diroccato sin dal portone di ingresso e dal parcheggio interno (non è custodito, ma questo è stata l’unica nota positiva del soggiorno). Veniamo collocati in una camera tripla per un nostro errore di prenotazione. La camera ha la serratura quasi rotta, fa fatica a chiudersi così come la porta del bagno che non si chiude proprio. La luce della camera è fioca, non c’è la finestra nel bagno e quella in camera era meglio non ci fosse viste la sua dimensione e posizione sul soffitto (con posacenere con sigarette spente di altri ospiti.) manca il cestino e il frigo, e il soffione della doccia è fisso. Colazione nella media ma caffè imbevibile.

私たちは以前にこのホテルを訪れました。数年前、多くのことが変わり、拡張され、後部に追加のプールがあります。つまり、2 つから選択することができ、両方のプールは美しく、道路の騒音が聞こえなかったので、裏のプールを好みました。悲しいことに、2日間はプライベートパーティーがあり、翌日は何らかの種類のトレイルがあり、ひどくはありませんでした。フロントプール、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、駐車場は簡単で、バーはリラックスしていて、部屋は快適で、とても素敵なシャンプーとジェルなどが完備され、ミニバーが含まれ、コーラ、水、ソフトドリンクがいくつか提供され、朝食は素晴らしかったです、パン用のトースターが好きだったでしょう。おすすめの、向かいのガソリンスタンドには素晴らしいバー/コーヒーエリアがあり、素敵な地元の軽食が楽しめます。ホテルを左折して徒歩数分のEssenza Del Gustoレストランは本当に素晴らしいです!あなたがその地域にいるなら強くお勧めします。

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in, and i travel a lot. I dont even know where to start. I travelled with 2 friends, we're in our late 20's/early 30's and my 7 year old son for 5 days. It was so bad i left after less than 24 hours after checking in and booked a flight home for the morning after we arrived. Whoever gave this hotel a 4 star rating is completely deluded. It is a clear cut 2 star. This hotel is no where near naples, shouldnt even be selling it as naples, its about 45 minutes (90 euro) taxi journey to the city. And dont get your hopes up thinking there is another mode of transport because the closest train station is over 30 minute walk away and i never saw a bus. Its in the middle of nowhere, in a severely run down and dirty area. I wouldnt dare go out there after dark. There is literally nothing around, closest place for restaurants etc is a 10-15 minute taxi ride (20 euro). Nothing is within walking distance except the beach. The pool was closed, which was my main reason for booking this hotel, along with the selling point of it being in a good location with access to local attractions (ha). The 'breakfast' was 2 choices of cereal, some yoghurts and some fruit. I didnt eat the whole 24 hours i was there, neither did my son. Everything this hotel is sold as is a LIE and to top it off the receptionist was RUDE and completely unhelpful; when i asked for her to call me a taxi she said no as they are on strike, i asked how i was supposed to get to the airport and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and say well you should have told me earlier. I then burst into tears because i thought i was going to be stuck there with nothing to eat/keep my child entertained for another 4 days. Luckily i was able to organise a private transfer (no help from the hotel staff) to get to the airport because if not we would have literally been stuck as the only way of getting anywhere is by taxi. Only thing that this hotel has going for it is that there is a nice beach about 5-10 minute walk away, but be prepared to walk through the worst area to get to it. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

駅から徒歩15分程度の場所にあります。駅からの途中にキレイなスーパー、ランドリー、美味しいピザ屋さんもあり、さらに隣はチェーンのドラッグストアでロケーションは最高です。 部屋もかなり広く、毎日清掃が入り、さらに大きなテラスもありとても快適でした。 ナポリだけでなく、ポンペイ、サレルノ→アマルフィ→ポタジーノ→ソレントと周りましたが、アマルフィとポタジーノは混み過ぎていたのでナポリからの日帰りにして良かったです。 常駐スタッフはいないので、指定時間に行きチェックインの必要ありますが、電話しないと開けて頂けなかった事だけ要注意です。マテーラで結局連絡取れずホテルが当日キャンセル、返金頂けなかったので、またかと少し焦りました。

建物は海外では「何も」ありません。一度入ると、専用駐車場があり、内部はいっぱいで、新鮮な環境、超清潔で広い部屋、そして非常にスタッフです。部屋での朝食は追加料金なしで利用できます。部屋では、部屋とミニバーのセット(不要な風船と器を除いて)と水が自然であることがわかりました。たぶん唯一の罪は部屋の小さな音です。

I stayed at this hotel during a short holiday and we were delighted when we found it online as it was between Naples city and places like Salerno and amalfi. They advertise that they have shuttles going from the hotel to the airport, unfortunately by this they meant they would organise a taxi for you and this is where we experienced problems. We ended up having to get a 15 minute taxi from a nearby train station to the hotel which cost us €60. The taxi driver would not speak directly to us and told us we would have to book through the hotel. Trying to get anywhere was a nigh**are as they told us the closest train station was far too long away to walk to and that we would have no choice but to get taxis. We were quoted €130 for a one way taxi to a neighbouring town. We decided to have a look online and found that that there was a train station 30 minutes walk away (s.vitaliano train station) where we could get a train to Nola and from there be able to get a train to almost anywhere. I was disappointed that the hotel had chosen not to mention this and couldn’t help but feel they were taking advantage of the fact we were unfamiliar with our surroundings to allow local taxis to charge us ridiculously high rates. I am not writing this review just to complain about the hotel but to advice any future guests that it is possible to get a train from close by to save them hassle and money. Besides this issue the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the cleaning staff that we ran into on our second day were absolutely lovely. The restaurant staff were also lovely. The staff at front of desk were helpful at times but also came across as cold and uninterested at other times. Overall, if we had been given the correct info in regards to travel I would have given the hotel a 4/5 but unfortunately that was not the case.
