My teenage daughter and I had to check in quite late and it was such a comfortable and safe entry. The staff was phenomenal and super friendly!!

It was great! The reception hostess (on 12-31-23) was so very pleasant to deal with; we laughed, talked about a multitude of issues. The bartender/waitress, Renee, is a PERFECT person to hold that position; she is personable, friendly, fun to interact with, was never hurried, attended to our every need.

I can't believe it! I never had this kind of experience using the hotel. We arrived at this hotel after long driving with heavy rain last Monday (12/26). I intentionally reserved a room with a detached showerhead. When I tried to shower, I changed the water to the detached shower head and found a black thing on the shower floor and I didn't recognize this well in the first place. I thought there was some dust on the floor. Well, it is still weird to see black things in a used bath. When I tried to change the water flow setting, I saw more black things coming off with water and I looked at the shower head and freaked out. All BLACK mold is in the shower head!!!! This is not acceptable. I'm glad I was the first one trying to use shower. My husband just recovered Pneumonia and thinking about it if he used the shower without knowing this. This is safety issue with allergies or respiratory problems. So disappointed Hilton Garden Inn. They seem never to ever clean or check this detached shower head. I would not recommend this hotel!

We didn’t have a long stay but everything was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay again.

At checking they told us about breakfast being served in th morning but did not mention a cost. In the morning we walked from the room to the area and nothing indicated a cost. After taking an apple and a yogurt I found out it would cost me 12.95. Sign was put up by the checking area nor sheer guests would be walking from rooms. Not cool

The beds and pillows were awful. We did not sleep well at all. Also the walls were paper thin. The hotel itself is very nice and all though.

A decent property with nice staff. Rooms were fine. Breakfast buffet left a good deal to be desired (particularly for someone who doesn't eat meat!). All in all, a good place to stay if you want to balance reasonable cost with proximity to Asheville.

Our room was to close to interstate, traffic noise very loud. We had two cups of coffee in our room and were charged $12. There were tags on the water, but nothing on the coffee warning of charging. Breakfast was $13 if you wanted to eat. For the cost of room, something should be offered without being gouged!
