The facilities are old and the beds are poor.

The room we booked wasn’t the room we got. We asked for a family suite and got a queen bed and 2 roll out cots. Room was way over priced for what we got. The man at the desk was rude and was on his phone she whole check in. We we’re so disappointed we walked in our room and walked out. We contacted orbitz and they said they would take care of the situation and call us back. We never heard back from them. I’ve never had a issue with orbitz and I don’t fully blame them. But if I have to eat $630 and I’m a longtime and loyal customer…I won’t be using them again for future trips. The whole situation has been unprofessional.

I chose the Acropolis Museum Boutique Hotel based on the previous reviews and location. If given the option to do it over again, I would not change a thing. It is quaint, intimate, and familiar. Donna is a delight. She helped me so much at the beginning of my stay and set the stage for my vacation. Her hospitality and charm made me feel as though I was home.

We stayed here 2nd May for 6 nights, after travelling from Holland, we were offered room 202 at the back as it would be quieter or a room at the front with a view and a balcony, we chose room 202. The staff were very welcoming, room cleaned every day, fresh towels, bottles of water and breakfast was very nice indeed with a good choice. We will certainly be returning again in the very near future. This hotel is a little Gem for visiting Athens as it is close to the Acropolis and sights. When you step outside the hotel turn to the right and you will arrive at the Metro station after a couple of minutes and further up that square across the road only a couple of minutes walk you arrive a square where there are lovely restaurants and bars which are good value. This hotel is only 40 mins from the airport and 30 mins to the port.

Love this little hotel. Very well situated for seeing Athens.Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy, with lovely decor. This was our second visit and we will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

When we entered the breakfast room and found a cockroach under the table, I was not sure, if it was a relief that it was dead. The Photo Gallery on the Website shows a Hotel in maybe 2012. Since then it got worse every day. Shabby without the slightest chic. Do not let them ruin your Athens Trip!

We didn't stay but had a tour based from there. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us on our way even letting us borrow an umbrella when it poured with rain.

Hotel is located very close to metro station and Acropolis&Syntagma Square. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is the best. Rooms are renovated and comfortable. Free bottle of waters in the room. After making reservation they gave valuable information about transportation from airport. I’d definitely come again.
