I called 3 times front desk for need few more towels but they didn’t bring it.

I stayed here with my family while I also attended a conference at the GWCC. The location was very convenient, being a short drive or MARTA trip to the GWCC. There are also several restaurants in the area and a grocery store (Publix) all within walking distance. What made this place stand out was the staff! Always very welcoming and kind, and they went above and beyond at every opportunity. Antonio (AJ) definitely stood out the most, he bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. He also greeted me by name everytime I came in the door (impressive memory. As a Customer Experience leader for a large health system, this is exactly the type of person you want taking care of your guests. AJ could write the guest experience manual for these hotels. The breakfast staff and valet staff were also very kind and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well furnished. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was very useful. A few notes for improvement: 1) Please vary the breakfast offerings. Frozen omelets and sausage every day were not great. Waffles made up for it, but scrambled eggs and bacon would have been welcome. This isn't the staff's fault, management sets the menu. 2) The balcony was really, really tiny, and I felt like I would fall off. I know this probably isn't something that can be easily fixed, but it is a fair warning to those who want a comfortable balcony. You won't have one. Despite these minor shortcomings, I would definitely stay here again. The high quality staff is the reason.

The valet service was great. They made the whole experience better. Especially the employee named rimon. He went above and beyond.

We had a great stay at the Homewood suites. The rooms were clean and large, the breakfast was hot and yummy and the staff was friendly. The check in process was easy and smooth. I loved how the rooms had balconies. When going back to Atlanta we would stay there again.

My reservation requested no feather pillows, front desk assured me at checkin YET MY ROOM HAD DOWN PILLOWS☹️. Thermostat had no battery, did not work. Fitness room only had tread mills and 2 peletron bikes, no real weight equipment. Nice staff but actions mean more than words

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Sweet Mrs. Jennifer G. was the most hospitable during breakfast. She took very good care of my family's needs (and wants). (Don't miss her waffles!!) Excellent customer service from Ms. Nakave. All other staff members met during this stay were very kind and courteous, too. Very nice kept rooms. Clean and refreshing. Great view. I would love to bring my family back to stay here again.

Homewood is a great spot to stay in midtown. Convenient to Georgia Tech, restaurants and Marta. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. This was my 3rd stay at the property. It is always consistent. Look forward to my next visit to Atlanta.

Great stay with welcoming staff. AJ made our check-in seamless after being walked to a second fully booked hotel. He coordinated all of the booking for me and he made sure to check on us on linen and our stay once we got in. It was seamless. Breakfast was good. Will stay again.

Quentin in breakfast was amazing. Food well prepared and very professional. Entire front desk staff very accommodating and polite. Maintenance was very helpful and kind. Overall, I had a great stay and would Recommend to anyone traveling to ATL
