Beautiful historic hotel with very friendly and helpful front desk and bell hops. Our room was in the original part of hotel. Clean and attractive but lacking in bathroom counter space. Room lighting was not great; bathroom definitely needs more mirror lighting. No room fridge.

The Georgian Terrace is my choice for a home away from home when visiting Atlanta. No complaints from me.

The architecture and history of the hotel are impressive. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious the beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to everything. The best part of staying here is the gentleman who led the tour!! He was the best.

Loved this hotel. Large rooms, excellent customer service, and convenient location for public transportation.

The room is not clean, We decided to check out around 12:00 am, didn’t spend night after been charged for room and parking,

The Georgian Terrace is a classy Southern Lady. I grew up in Atlanta and am happy to see a glimpse of the city I once knew long ago. Lovely historical hotel with modern yet tasteful amenities. I very much enjoyed my stay.

The room was perfect with great city skyline views. We also ate at PnP, the speakeasy on property and it was very nice. The staff inside and out were all tremendous. We stayed for an event at The Fox and the location could not have been better.

The Staff is amazing and worked hard to make the stay enjoyable. Rooms need a desperate remodel and cleaning. We were upgraded from our original room and was apperceive for a newer room. I hope the hotel has plans for a remodel soon. The location is great, but I wouldn't stay here again. There are newer hotels nearby.

We loved the location, the ambiance and the great staff team who were kind, courteous and supportive! The room was perfect and we had a wonderful evening out for Valentines Day! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to enjoy Atlanta!

This was unsatisfactory I reserved a one bedroom apartment equipped with kitchen area for my 60th gathering, got to property had a one bedroom suite no kitchen tried to switch rooms with kitchen property said they were all booked. My room was confirmed before I got to the property and when I got there totally different not satisfied at all. When you book something you should be honored and what you have booked

The staff and management were excellent. The room was very spacious. The hotel is beautiful and in an area that has proximity to good food.
