The stay was nice n the services suck I ask for toilets tissue about 8pm I did not get it til 9am when I open the door to take trash out then one person tells me I can get late check out n front desk tell u one thing they make u do a meeting on buying vacation packages for 2 hours I end buying a vacation package pretty expensive but will see how that goes other then this place was clean

The hotel was very nice. Clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Outside area was not very clean. Lots of noise all night every night.

They under construction so i cannot give a good review. For the price the unit could be more updated.

I didn’t realize this was a membership / timeshare type hotel and I would be asked to participate in a presentation about becoming a member. Because I said no, I couldn’t get late check out. I was there on a conference and could not get away for a two hour presentation and didn’t want to stay late on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY to view it either. Also, valet wasn’t available when we needed to check our bags so we had to take them to the Convention Center. Hotel is lovely, very clean and I had an excellent view of AC but the sales pitch offer and no valet prevented this from being 5 stars

We were stuck on our floor during check out for an hour and a half because no elevators were available. It was insane.

Near the pool under construction, unsafe for little kids. Called security about a child left in the hallway multiple times and nothing was done! Party going on till 4 in the morning complained about noise again nothing was done!

I like the fact that valet held my bags after check out everyone he was super helpful and my deposit was turned back quickly as possible

Wonderful property with amazing amenities but the timeshare thing is ridiculous! Please stop

My husband and I were visiting from Canada for work and had never been to New Jersey before. We had a lot going on to get ready for the event and we’re tired from our drive. From first contact, everyone at this hotel was amazing. We were able to check in early, as our room was ready, which saved us so much hassle. The room itself was beautiful and very clean. I own a cleaning company and always look for certain things in hotels and they met my standards well. The security was unreal, they don’t just let anyone into the building and you have to use your key card to enter the elevator. This made us feel very safe and at ease, especially in a new city. Sunday I made a mistake on checkout time and they allowed us an extra hour to gather our things. Very thing was so amazing we can’t say enough about this hotel. It made our stay so much better!! 5 stars all the way!!
