We purchased our stay online a month before our event we were attending and when we arrived at check in they said we had to pay the amount we already paid because it wasn’t paid for. We knew that was incorrect but the line was backing up out the door and they only had 1 inexperienced person running the front desk. My husband then put his card in to cover it and we would figure it out after the event. We got to our room only for our credit card company calling us to tell us that the hotel charged us twice for the room. For 1 night and one basic room we had almost $700 tied up on our card to say the least we were frustrated and it put a damper on a fun exciting night that we had been looking forward too.

The location is fine and check in was smooth but wish we knew the hot tub was not in service as that’s one of the reasons we chose the hotel over others in the area. Also the dinner staff gentleman who was our waiter on February 14th was AMAZING and deserves a raise. The meal was delicious! Our Room 315 needs to have toilet fixed because it keeps running after it’s flushed. But all in all, we would book another stay just for the dinner choices!

It took over 40 mins to check in due to poor preparation of staffing and check-ins

Nice hotel. Clean comfy beds. Nice staff. Breakfast was excellent. Great prices and tasty food.

I like the location for its walkability and micro views. The foods offered in their cafe is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the parking. My husband and I typically choose this hotel because of the above, but I'm not certain we will again. This location hosts a lot of events. While there is a posted "event parking" lot, it is not enforced. The event-goers end up parking close to the hotel where one would expect the paying guests should park. So, if one plans of leaving the hotel in the afternoon/evening there are no close parking spots available. That leaves the paying guests parking in the event lot which is not as close to the building.

We had a beautiful view of the falls & the location was key, within a couple miles from family.

The amenities; swimming, gym, and dining rates a 5. Really would like the hot tub to be available.

The stay was very positive. Parking was adequate considering the location. The staff was great and the room was very clean. We ended up by being in the middle of an active shooter situation (the shooting took place about 2 miles from the hotel and the staff were extremely accommodating during the whole lockdown. Kudos to all the staff for their fearless efforts!
