Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets. All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid ₹1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport. Disliked: The hotel did not have a roll in roll out bed for the 3rd guest. So my senior citizen friend slept on 2 mattresses!

Had a great experience staying at The One, Aurangabad. Satish at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. He made sure we had a comfortable stay here. I'd highly recommend this place for families.

Had issues with my bank and the ***ager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.

Modest hotel with excellent staff who arranged two days of famous cave tours with outstanding driver. Room large and comfortable but not flash. Excellent restaurant although fully veg which means no eggs and certainly no wine. However they allowed me to take a bottle of wine to my room. Really caring staff although limited English

All the member of hotel is cordial and very coperative all the members of staff including restaurant are very polite cordial and coperative. Quality of food has hygiene and testy. Abhishek,stish and bhushan jadhav nurture is good.

The best hotel in town. Staying from more than a week. Came for official visit... The front Office staff welcomes you with a smile that makes you feel like home. Specially Mr. Bhushan, satish and Abhishek. In restaurant Mr. Sundar More always be there to serve you in the breakfast. Good rooms, top notch cleaning. Will recommend this hotel to everyone who looks to stay in Aurangabad...

Satish was great he helped us fill our water bottles every morning. Loved the beds, they were soft and fluffy. We were only here for two nights but we will come back! The service was great, great hotel experience :)

Service excellence let's customers know that they are valued and understood . They created customer like friendly, help full and positive way .And visiting from last 1year month on month specially thanks to Mr Bhushan and Mr Satish excellent service..

The services is not up to mark as per price what we paid, Room. Service is horrible. Food is just ok. Food prices is too much high. Staf is polite but not obedient. Rooms had moisture and without ventilation.
