Check in was a mess. It took three front desk attendants and two managers to find my reservation. We were compensated with a $40 restaurant voucher, which was a nice gesture. The next morning my room got a call from a front desk clerk who said that my payment method for the room (which I prepaid) did not cover the full amount for my stay. It did, I had the receipt. But the clerk insisted I owed another $300-500 (the number changed a few times). Spoke to another manager who confirmed my room was payed for but couldnt explain where the clerk was getting their numbers from. Other than that initial headache the stay was nice. My room was quiet, which is impressive since my stay was during SXSW. The restaurants are overpriced, no surprises there. Burger Bar was the most reasonable and consistently good.
