ザ ライン オースティン(The Line Austin)

Amazing hotel. Very modern and chic. Loved every part of it. The pool and local shops were perfect and the location is even better! Loved it all. Pricey but worth it!

The hotel was cute but old and seemed basic. My friend and I found the beds and pillows to be extremely uncomfortable and we didn’t get a single good night’s rest during our stay. We also found several hairs in our bed sheets that clearly did not belong to us. Unfortunately we would not stay here in the future or recommend it to anyone. For the price of the hotel we expected better.

The front desk staff was rude and the bathroom had a leak from upstairs that they never fixed. Only one elevator was working so coming and going was extremely long process.

It took me a while to get used to the low bed and lack of furniture to to put my things on, but the room was very nice and clean. I took advantage of the workout room which had a variety equipment. The P6 lounge offers a beautiful evening view of the lake and is worth checking out.

My husband and I went for my birthday weekend and the staff made my stay exceptional. They were able to upgrade my room to a suite with beautiful lakeside and city views. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Good service, modern, great amenities, a perfectly stocked mini-bar, perfect lake-side location. Convenient coffee/shop bakery when you don't want a formal breakfast.

Amazing property, love the decor and design throughout. I do wish they had a hot tub though, no options when it's cold as the pool is outside (even though it's semi-heated).

Outstanding service, Bella at front desk wonderful! Amazing huge rooms, beautiful decor with cabin/outdoor unique style. The restaurants/room service incredible. AG Burger is best burger ever had...and I travel the world! Will check out other LINE hotels based on this experience. Thank you!

I live in Leander and rented a room at The Line for the New Year to watch the fireworks. When booking, I requested a room with a nice view if possible. When I checked in at the reception, I mentioned that I wanted to watch the fireworks. Despite this, I couldn't see a single firework from the given room. I can see from my room window that many of the rooms with views of the fireworks were empty. While hundreds of people were watching the fireworks, I was only watching the smoke they made. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Ever since I came to Austin, now every time I pass by the hotel I wanted to stay for one night, I'll remember this bad memory. Thanks, The Line.
