ホテル ラック・ブローム(Hotel Lac Brome)

Had a relaxing stay here in early March while volunteering for an animal sanctuary nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The spa services are very nice, new and clean. The bed was deliciously comfortable! The cleaning staff are super friendly. I was surprised the breakfast didn't start until 8 because most hotels are earlier. I assumed 6 or 7 when I booked, so maybe that's my bad for not calling or inquiring, but it's a main reason I booked here, as was the restaurant. I had to leave at 7:30 every day so couldn't take advantage. Sadly, the restaurant was not open at all for dinner while I was there, despite saying so online and having the menu in the elevator. It is a major reason I chose this hotel because I wanted to be able to eat somewhere close while I was working, so that was a bummer. I am also hearing impaired and there is no closed-captioned option available on the TV (it is locked out) - which would have been helpful. So, I watched Netflix on my iPad. Overall, a very nice stay and comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to sleep/stay, it's perfect. Personally, I booked here for the breakfast/restaurant option and neither worked for me so I'd probably reconsider for when I come back.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Room was a bit cold. Really enjoyed the steam room and outdoor jacuzzi. Delicious fresh pastries included with continental breakfast.

It was great,what more do you want,okay I had a little difficulty in getting the temp up, but that's my fault for not thinking. Would be a nice place in the Summer, with the Lake close by.

The hotel is dated, the furnitures and decors look like they are from the 1980's. The carpet in the hallway look like it's had better days, the lobby looks good but the rest of the furnishing look dated, to put it kindly. However, the rooms are very clean, they have been newly renovated inside so the flooring, the washroom look fine. Bed is comfortable, and on top of all that the staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff make up for a lot, but in the end for the price the furnishing and the distance from the slopes make this an just OK choice.

The staff were very kind. They made you feel at home. It was clean, not cluttered and the bed was comfortable. They even provide complimentary bath robes. I really enjoyed my stay.

Outside of the town, hence, quiet and beautiful views from both sides. Warm fireplace.

It was affordable and had a lovely atmosphere. Quiet and quaint.

Pros: excellent bed, surprise continental breakfast, nice shower with 3 options for water, nice balcony with a nice view. Nice chair in the room, wine glasses and wine opener. Cons: wifi didn’t work- 1 second connect then disconnect continuously and the fireplace in room is no longer working (seems like wood burning when it was possible). Listing should be updated for the fireplace and the free continental breakfast. Good value overall and I suppose if you want to disconnect from the internet it would be 5 stars
