I don't think I will stay anywhere else in Austin but here! It was brand new when we stayed and so so so gorgeous. The staff is courteous and helpful. Their rooftop bar is amazing and the room was so luxurious! Perfect in everyway

We had some issues with our stay and I posted a review detailing those out. The General Manager contacted us and made things RIGHT. I have to say the customer service I received went above and beyond. Truly appreciated!

Beautiful new hotel, nice rooms, altbiugbpretty noisy from the street despite modern standard. Nice restaurant and bar on the rooftop. Experience was however mediocre. We wanted to check in at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready, they told us that they would give priority to clean room. Eventually ready at 3:30 pm. Then we got the keys and we entered a room where Someone just installed himself. Very embarrassing. Back at the reception they gave us another room and they gave us a 100 usd credit. Nice. We thought. At checkout they said that the 100 usd credit was on file. I believed them but when checking the invoice they sent by email the credit did not appear. I mailed then twice. No feedback. This is a very disappointing customer experience.

There were numerous issues. The staff was friendly, but the hotel seemed understaffed and our issues were never quite fully resolved/handled in a timely manner.We spent a great deal of money on the hotel room and expected more given the rates. Had we not decided to stay at a luxury hotel, the below issues could have been something we might encounter at a more budget motel. However, this was supposed to be an upper end hotel, therefore I think it is unacceptable. I understand staffing is a huge issue in today's economy. I also think you shouldn't overbook if you can't handle the guests you have. We had two different reservations and although we were told numerous times the reservations had been combined, they never were and kept locking us out of our room. Keys stopped working 3 out of the 5 days we were there and had to be replaced. We got calls asking us when we would be arriving even though we had already checked in and had already been told our reservation had been combined. Had to request maid service almost every day since service did not happen without the request.Did not replenish soap, etc. Our thermostat broke at 8pm one evening. employee told us it was a huge problem with the hotel. It took them two hours to get us to a new room. The new room's sheets had not been washed, a flashing light that lit up every time you got up or moved in the middle of the night. Faucet drained all night (noisy), LED light and phone did not work. Warm but not hot water

The staff were great. Our initial room had a problem with automatic light sensors. They made an initial fix very quickly but we later had to move rooms. All this was done seamlessly. This is a new hotel and the incident can be put down to snagging.

There was loud construction happening outside the property, the room did not get cleaned, and when I asked to get it cleaned, they barely cleaned it, didn't change the bed sheets or vacuum. The air ventilation in this property was terrible. In addition, getting the car from the valet would take over 20 minutes each time we called the valet service from our room.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff, great exercise room, great rooftop pool, great restaurant, great tasting food. Warm comfortable rooms. Chocolate greeting, before bedtime along with a postcard greeting! Great restaurant view of the city!

Stayed in the green room and fell in love with the room the second I walked in. If you book it you will see why they call it the green room, it was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. It also sits in a very nice location right next to downtown and other cool attractions. This hotel has an average 10/10 rating and for good reason, don't miss out on a chance to stay at one of the nicest and coolest hotels you will ever stay at. I will definitely be booking here again the next time I make the trip to Austin.

Absolutely loved loved this hotel stay! I brought my client here for a work trip and we both enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the rooms, food, everything so much!
