シーポート ビレッジ イン アバロン(Seaport Village Inn, Avalon)

The hotel was in walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping stores and the beach. The hotel room was good in size, it was quiet and I felt safe however the room didn’t feel clean. I had to ask the front desk to come change the cover’s because they were stained. The TV was hard to figure out and the elevator remained wet and dirty all the time we were there. I also received attitude by the lady working the front desk when asking a question about my reservation. I will not book again nor would recommend.

So disappointed by this hotel. Pictures were very deceiving. The room was so dirty and dingy, there were holes on the wall, cracks everywhere. Door was dirty, the lamps had stains. I could go on and on. The TV was so outdated. The furniture as well. There were 2 lamps next to the bed not with no outlets near by to connect them.

Nothing worked .. fridge , microwave, tv would not turn on ….Very dirty. Only 1 towel for two people. Everything was gross and old.

Bot too good. Disappointed. It is Hard to fine t with the hotel supervisor. She does not response any my e mail. I do not recommend

Helpful staff. TV didn't work with remote and extremely low volume. Room had 1/8 inch of toilet paper. Picture showed ocean view, my room looked over construction materials, and ladders. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work. When we arrive the elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor.

Would not recommend for the price. The room was old, worn out, and at the bottom 2 of hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were kind, but the room smelled and was out dated. I refused to shower there because I did not trust it. Also, the room to our door was a sliding door. Which was flimsy. Felt unsafe. There was also a connecting room inside our room and it was unlocked. I had to text the after hours like (their lobby closes at 7) to have someone come and lock it. At first they didn’t believe me. I had to send them a video. The guy that came to lock it was kind. But overall, not a good experience. Would never book again. Don’t recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely, quiet,so peaceful. The staff & locals are so welcoming. Our room was more of a lil cabana/nook. It was awesome.

Property is soooo outdated I could not believe this room. The TV never worked, the bed creaked every time we moved while sleeping, the toilet wobbled every time we used it and it had the thinnest blanket. Do not stay in room 544.

I will say the hotel had everything we needed for the weekend but the amenities and help were not great. Our shower didn't get hot, after notifying the hotel they made a small attempt to fix the situation but with poor communication and a last minute deadline we could not meet as we were out at dinner it didn't get fixed. They pointed out 'at least they tried' but that was the only effort we received. Also, they wanted to charge for early checkout though it was clear no one was using the room. Just a strange operation overall and I would guess the staff is trained that way. Wifi was poor and the place is definitely dated. The room had plenty of space, bed was fine, and jacuzzi was a nice touch.
