Bot too good. Disappointed. It is Hard to fine t with the hotel supervisor. She does not response any my e mail. I do not recommend

Helpful staff. TV didn't work with remote and extremely low volume. Room had 1/8 inch of toilet paper. Picture showed ocean view, my room looked over construction materials, and ladders. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work. When we arrive the elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor.

Would not recommend for the price. The room was old, worn out, and at the bottom 2 of hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were kind, but the room smelled and was out dated. I refused to shower there because I did not trust it. Also, the room to our door was a sliding door. Which was flimsy. Felt unsafe. There was also a connecting room inside our room and it was unlocked. I had to text the after hours like (their lobby closes at 7) to have someone come and lock it. At first they didn’t believe me. I had to send them a video. The guy that came to lock it was kind. But overall, not a good experience. Would never book again. Don’t recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely, quiet,so peaceful. The staff & locals are so welcoming. Our room was more of a lil cabana/nook. It was awesome.

Property is soooo outdated I could not believe this room. The TV never worked, the bed creaked every time we moved while sleeping, the toilet wobbled every time we used it and it had the thinnest blanket. Do not stay in room 544.

I will say the hotel had everything we needed for the weekend but the amenities and help were not great. Our shower didn't get hot, after notifying the hotel they made a small attempt to fix the situation but with poor communication and a last minute deadline we could not meet as we were out at dinner it didn't get fixed. They pointed out 'at least they tried' but that was the only effort we received. Also, they wanted to charge for early checkout though it was clear no one was using the room. Just a strange operation overall and I would guess the staff is trained that way. Wifi was poor and the place is definitely dated. The room had plenty of space, bed was fine, and jacuzzi was a nice touch.

The room we stayed had a great view and the place was convenient, close to the beach and restaurants, however the maintenance and cleanliness wasn’t the best. Our toilet had a weird loud noise the whole time of our stay and the room wasn’t very clean at all. they closed front desk early so there was no one to call … no the place we expected when we booked

Affordable, but not your Marriott. Originally offered breakfast then retracted once on site. I've stayed at some off the beat and track in Mexico (mission trips) and they were better. If attending a program in Catalina they increase pricing. Booked a year prior and received a very basic room. Don't expect much.
