LOVED THE HOME FEELING OF IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE AMAZING. DIDN'T LIKE THE UPHILL WALK BUT THE VIEWS WERE WELL WORTH THE EXHAUSTION.

We LOVED our stay at Aurora! It was the perfect location. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! Casey helped us daily with restaurant recommendations, hiking and sightseeing! Breakfast was perfect, hot and fresh daily. The room is a bit small including the bathroom but we did not mind it at all! The shower was hot and plenty of water pressure!

We had a room with a beautiful view but the bathroom was tiny. We are not large people but had we been it would have been a problem. The sun deck is nice though heaters would be nice to be able to hang out in the evening on cool nights.

Aurora Hotel has a lovely rooftop deck - we sat up there to watch the sun set. We truly enjoyed the Friday evening wine and cheese - thank you. However, we felt our room was quite underwhelming. In particular, the bathroom shower was very small and the water was only luke warm. Carpets were very old and stained. Although we paid for 2 nights, we actually left after the first night, to another hotel nearby. For the same price, the other hotel was beyond 5 star.

We had a wonderful stay in this nicely updated and comfortable hotel. We were happy with the breakfast options as well.

I like how our room had a great view. Me and my fiancé also like the breakfast and coffee overall the customer service there was awesome. I asked for extra amenities for the room and they were very attentive. I highly recommend this place for your next day at Catalina.

Very courteous staff. Complete complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Wine and cheese at night. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Room was small but clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Close to the boardwalk but up a slightly steep hill. Very reasonable price.

Very nice hosts, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, good place for me and my wife. They gave us the room at 8 am right when our ferry arrived which made our trip A LOT more comfortable.

The ocean view room was beautiful. We sat on the balcony and could see the ocean and lights. So close to the main shopping and food area. The room was nice and clean. They even held our luggage after we check out because our boat did not leave until the evening. And let us hang out on the roof top area until our boat left. Will definitely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and it was our first time and we would definitely stay here again. We had a top floor room with an amazing view of the ocean and are already missing it. Contintnental breakfast was great. All-around fantastic place to stay!

I really enjoyed the detail to creating a relaxing space. For example, the truffle on the bed, mimosas, continental breakfast. I am also thankful for offering to hold our bags. I didn't not it was an option. I also appreciate everyone being polite and welcoming.

Perfect stay. Our first time in Catalina and the Aurora is perfectly located, literally like 5 minutes walk from the main shops and restaurants. Slight walk up a hill incase that matters to some but for us it was fine. It's a very short uphill walk. The Staff are excellent! I brought my own champagne for my girlfriends birthday and asked them to chill it while we was out and to put it in the room for us. We returned to the room full of rose petals, a rose, and the champagne on ice. Absolutely lovely touch! Appreciated it so much. Rooms are fine, normal shower. Nice little balcony area to watch the sunset or enjoy your breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Aurora!

Enjoyed our stay at Aurora Hotel. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very cool outdoor deck on top floor with a beautiful view!

Love the hotel and the staff. Hate the hill. Please consider having some sort of a shuttle, even if it costs a little.
