N15 レ コンフィダンス - シャンブル ドット

Absolute garbage service. Our flights into the country were delayed. They “kindly” reminded us on our train ride to the city we missed check in and could no longer stay the night. Worst service ever!!!! Book at your own risk. Should put zero stars as we have no place to stay for the night. And have to search around the city on a late rainy night.

This is a quaint little hotel in the centre of the city's medieval quarter and close to all the essential sights. The house has been beautifully restored by the friendly hosts, with the benefit of lovely courtyard and plunge pool - quite a rarity in Avignon accommodation. Great breakfast choice and highly recommended overall. If you're arriving by taxi make sure the driver knows the location first.

My husband and I loved our stay at N15 for two nights. The location can't be beat, it's in the heart of the city only a couple of minutes walking to Palais des Papes but also very quiet as there is a garden/park that backs up to the property. Our room was clean with updated appliances and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and homemade! Each morning there was a new treat. The only thing to note is that if you do have a car, the hotel does not offer any parking so you will need to either park on the street or at a parking lot (~11 minutes walking). As Avignon is a Medieval city, the streets are very narrow so we wouldn't recommend driving into the city.

Excellent in every way. The fantastic hosts, the room, the location and the breakfasts. Valerie and Jean - Luc were so friendly and helpful. We mentioned to Jean - Luc we were visiting Arles and unprompted he obtained a train timetable for us. They were attentive though not obtrusive.

The hotel, room and service were excellent and we really enjoyed our two nights at N15. We were well looked after and breakfasts were delightful. The only reason for the 4 rating is the location. It is close to Avignon centre and you can walk to all the tourist locations (if you don’t get lost in the myriad of cris crossing lanes) but the area is just off the tourist track and a little run down.
