I stayed here for a week with all inclusive. I just ate at the hotel and it turns out I got an intestinal infection (from the food). Had a lot of pain in my stomach and fainted a few times the last few days here. I went to the local hospital where I was not taken seriously at all, they just gave me an injection for the pain. Stay away from the hospital please, most of the nurses dont speak english and they dont care to inform you on whats going on!!! I recommend the doctor at Saveco in the city center if you need help. Anyways. One of the chefs at the buffet was very pushy. He's probably twice my age btw. The first day it was normal small talk but after that he started following me in the buffet to talk to me. I didn't answer him but he didn't give up. I said I had a boyfriend but he was still pestering me about what I was going to do that day and said I had to go out with him. Many times he just stood in the restaurant a few meters from me and just stared at me eating. Besides that i think room cleaning is ok, the rest of the staff is nice and the rooms are nice.

Amazing Hotel. Just around 150m from the Beach and Harbour where all the boat Tours starts. Didnt check out the Bus but I think there is a busstop close by. Food: Great, a different Buffet every evening (mexican, around the World, cyprus food...) salad and dessert changes also every night Breakfast also good. Rooms: I had a room w a double bed. Air condition also there. Very clean. The cleaning stuff is great. Nothing to complain here. Pool: I was here in May, and I did not have Problems to find a sunbed. If it was around 10 or in the afternoon, no problems at all. Very modern hotel for a good price. Stuff is friendly. Did not check out the Pool Bar though nor the Gym and Sauna. Only thing is there is only 1 elevator in a 5 Story hotel. But I was on second floor so it was ok. My room was facing the street and even if there are a lot of hotels w live music in the evening around, I slept very good. Walking distance to the Party scene but I did not check that out I am sure I will come back to cyprus and I will stay at this hotel again. Can not understand any negative reviews

5* review. Spectacular stay, myself and my partner has had here for 7 days. Hotel is 💯 on top of their cleaning never seen so many cleaners before all day long even in the evenings. All Staff have all been really friendly during our stay and very helpful. However the main 3 staff member that have stood out are, Panikkos, Eleni and off course the amazing Marian these 3 staff have gone above and beyond making our holiday a one to remember. Marian I'm sure ull be manager soon with the length of time you have worked here to all the hard work you put in and seeing you work every department of the hotel. Marian aim for that manager role you will be running this hotel soon if not a hotel of your own. 5* all round if and when we return to ayia Napa will for sure be booking this hotel again.

The Stamatia Hotel, Excellent!!! Very clean and the room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice too and we had a balcony overlooking the sea and town centre. We had two single beds which was a bit hard and needed a mattress topper to make the two single beds a double bed and the reception asked what type we would like and when we got back to the room everything was done. Perfect!!! The staff at the hotel are warm, welcoming and the following members of staff are amazing!!!! The bedroom Aircon would not go on, had to open the balcony door to make the room bareable and that meant listening to partying until 4am. Combined meant no sleep for 2 nights. Receptionist rude and accused me of lieing saying I hadn’t closed the balcony door. Obviously I did try as it’s the only way to block out the noise. Offered no compensation. Not enough Sun loungers at pool (in October) although that’s partly down to people hogging more than they need. I would personally run a policy of taking towels off unused sun beds. Good points - Pool area decent. Good location for family / boat tours. Food (Breakfast) great. Nice reception area. Parking available. Would have considered staying again if Aircon issue was resolved properly.

We had a wonderful staying at Stamatia Hotel. The hotel is very good located, few minutes of the city center, very close to the Aya Napa Limanaki port, the beach is a 3 minutes walk and the bus station is very close. You can take the bus and visit the famous blue flag beaches: Niki, Macronissos, Landa, Konos Bay, Fig Tree etc. Also Pantachou, a blue flag beach, is very close and nice. The staff was very polite and helpful, the food was good, the rooms were simple and clean and the general atmosphere was very nice. Special thanks to Marian and Mrs Eleni! We enjoyed the pool in the last day, after check out, while we were waiting for the transfer bus to the airport. We recomend this hotel, it was better than we expected for a 3 stars hotel! The food was of the cheapest quality. Out of the whole variety in the buffet, you would be lucky to find two options with taste. Not even the water was drinkable. They would use the same draught machine used for soft drinks. There was always a taste, colour and floating dirt in the glass. There are not enough pool beds for the guests and the swimming pool is filthy.

We are currently staying in Stamatia and I must say it's a wonderful experience. Food is very good, hotel is clean and staff are very pleasent. Beach is very near the hotel. I highly recommend it, hopefully we'll visit it again
