Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel ligt net buiten het toeristische Ayia Napa, 20 min lopen en 10 minuten van Nissi beach. Voor een gezin met jonge kinderen: top. Er is voldoende (gratis) Parkeer gelegenheid. Wij hadden een gerenoveerde kamer, family room, met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Een mooie kamer met goede bedden en faciliteiten. Stapelbed is ook voldoende lang (ik denk 2meter). Pavlo Napa heeft 2 gebouwen. Het hoofdgebouw, waar ook het ontbijt/diner en het zwembad bevindt en een losstaand gebouw wat achter een ander hotel staat. wij zaten in het losstaande gebouw, minder uitzicht, maar is zeker niet vervelend (nog geen 1 min lopen). Zwembad en ligbedden: top. Rustig zwembad, Ligbedden met dikke kussens. goed onderhouden. Bij het zwembad is ook de speelplaats en het kinderbadje (50cm diep). Vanuit het zwembad loop je zo naar het strand. De ligbedden op het strand zijn van de gemeente en kosten 2,5EUR. Het hotel heeft een lunch restaurant aan het zwembad/strand. goed eten en niet al te duur (vanuit het hotel met 10% korting), maar er zijn ook andere opties in de buurt. voordeel vonden wij ook dat de restaurants in de buurt een speelplaats hebben voor kinderen. leuk voor de kinderen en fijn voor de ouders. ook hier zijn de prijzen voor het eten niet al te hoog: gemiddeld 12-17 euro voor een gerecht. Al met al een hele fijne tijd gehad..

Stayed here in 2019 and had a great time.. However returning this time there are major construction works going on next to the hotel. My room is direct opposite and so noisy.. Everyday they are working from 7am and is extremely noisy waking me too early. Will be glad to go home next week. The hotel itself has had some nice upgrades since our last visit.. Bedrooms, sunloungers and food is much better.

For the money, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We've been to bigger all inclusive hotels, this one had a more personal feel to it. It was never too busy to get a place by the pool, get in the pool and swim properly, or find a place at the beach. The food was excellently cooked - many times I tried something that sounded pretty basic but it was cooked and seasoned very well, the chefs know their stuff. The pool area backs straight onto the pretty beach, which is a very narrow and shallow bay - very safe for children. We snorkelled up the sides of it, but even walking along the beach could see plenty of fish. Lastly all the staff- front front desk to dining room to bars - were incredibly friendly, in every interaction. I didn't want to leave! Having the beach/coast this accessible (with Nissi beach a 10min walk away i one direction, and Ayia Napa 25 mins the other way) meant there was plenty to do, it was great for running (and cycling if you can find somewhere hiring proper bikes).

The location was as described, right on the beach with a good-sized swimming pool and a friendly lifeguard on duty. I booked this hotel based on advice from Trailfinders and after checking out reviews on Trip Advisor, which seemed promising. However, it turned out to be more like a tired 3-star hotel rather than the advertised 4-star. Upon arrival, I was placed in the annex (despite requesting otherwise) and not on the top floor as I had asked. Consequently, I experienced loud noises from the rooms above every night, despite my complaints to the staff. The breakfast offered was substandard and lacked taste, with most items seeming of poor quality - all drinks were from machines, including diluted fruit juices. The selection of fruits was limited to tinned varieties, except for oranges and bananas. There were very few options for vegetarians, and when I requested Greek coffee, it was unavailable. Even the meal options were limited for vegetarians and overpriced for what was served. The bed linen was not changed throughout my stay, and the pillows were uncomfortably hard. The room itself appeared dirty, and the towels provided were of substandard quality. Despite requesting more towels, I had to ask again every day. While two of the receptionists, Lucas and Tatiana, were kind and helpful, the third one seemed distant and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance with printing my boarding pass, she claimed to be busy, and similarly, when I inquired about having Greek coffee for breakfast, she dismissed it, stating that the hotel served cosmopolitan food. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay, especially considering the tired decor of my room and the deteriorating condition of the marble floors in both the bedroom and bathroom. I regret not choosing another hotel in Nissi, and I have conveyed my concerns to Trailfinders as well.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location at Sandy bay. Very close walking distance of Nissi Bay, and also walking distance into Ayia Napa centre if you want the livelier environment. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, and lovely pool! The hotel staff are all very friendly and very helpful, and made our stay fabulous. The food is good and varied, and plentiful! Special mention to Marianna for the activities and entertainments, she is amazing!

Came here for a 6 day break in the half term, was really pleased with the room, very comfortable beds. The room itself had smart lighting, which is control by little panels dotted around the room, at night the light form these shine, so does a sensor on the ceiling, it was very frustrating so bare this in mind if you like pitch black. The hotel also has English plugs which is ideal. The hotel staff were friendly, there were alot of rude guests so the staff appreciated a please and thank you. The food each day had a lot of variety, some bland options and some really nice tasting meats, we ate out some nights for a change. In the dining room it could have been a little cooler. The pool was freezing initially and took a little while to get used to! The sun loungers were comfy but a lot were broken so you had to be carefully which setting you lowered the bed to. We travelled with Jet2 and the hotel staff were good at informing us of how the transfers would work. The entertainment was surprisingly good, Bob Marley and Michael Jackson especially got the crowd going. We missed some of the nights that we thought didn’t sound too appealing. The hotel had an offer for a massage which we left too late to book unfortunately. Beware of the massage parkour just outside of the hotel on the beach, they have misleading prices and will haggle you for more money. The hotel also gave us a free meal voucher to use during the day time at their pool restaurant which was lovely eating by the sea front. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and it was a much needed relax.

The hotel was a great find, from start to finish everything was excellent. Rooms really clean, food excellent with lots of variety, plenty of sun beds and great location. A special mention to Thalia in the restaurant who was super efficient and always happy to deliver your requests for drinks. Costa made you feel very welcome and had the restaurant running like clockwork. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Where do I start......What an amazing holiday we have had here at the Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, staff are amazing and the food was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location. 1 mile from the square and a short walk to Nissi Beach. We will definitely be back here.
