The best smelling hotel ever! From the moment you walk in the smell just hits you. Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff were phenomenal. Couldn’t have wished for a better holiday. Will definitely return. If you are wanting luxury, great service, and relaxation then this hotel is for you, you won’t be disappointed. The entertainment staff are wonderful, as are all the other staff. Couldn’t fault it at all. Room’s spotless, beds really comfortable, cleaners are amazing. Restaurants- lovely food throughout, especially the snack bar, great service from Daniel ice -cream delicious

Absolutely over the moon with our wedding at Olympic Lagoon. The hotel went above and beyond to offer us a special experience including complimentary champagne, a turndown service, and breakfast in bed the morning after our wedding. We were also very lucky to receive an upgrade to Fisherman’s Village! The hotel were incredibly accommodating to ensure that our wedding was perfect. All staff are polite and incredibly helpful. Huge thank you to the wedding team, Rafaella and Jodie, for organising the day and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, our holiday was very relaxing. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and entertainment at the Xperience Arena. They have an extensive cocktail menu and many of the bar staff were happy to make bespoke cocktails that were not on the menu.

On arrival I was greeted by the extraordinary Front Desk team who were very professional in explaining everything I needed to know. The food was sensational, the cocktails good quality and I loved the adult pool area. A big thank you to all the staff and especially Eleni Adamou,Maria, Georgia, Androulla, Eleni Piki, Constantinos, Dimitris, Iva, Craig from reception and Elena Tofias and Giouli from Guest Services. You are all amazing!

This was our second visit and it was just as good as our first visit. This time we stayed in the rooms near The Greats restaurant which was much better than the Adults only hotel across the road. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff all work so hard and are so friendly, special shout out to Deanna on the terrace she was so lovely to talk to and gave great drinks recommendations and Peter at the pool bar, he works tirelessly and is always so friendly. We love the adults only pool, the jets are fantastic and is very relaxing there. We also love the lazy river and had to go on it everyday. The food again was fantastic. We do not love the Captains Deck, it is nice but if you’re a fussy eater you may not like much. The Greats and Asian are the highlight of the trip. The Asian had a makeover and a new menu since the last time we came and it is even better! The drinks are also the best cocktails we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive. The bar staff know your order before you get to the bar as well! The entertainment is phenomenal. We spent more time watching the live music at the pool bar this time which was fantastic in a low key way, great way to spend an evening. The big shows are amazing as well, they do feel very high end. A few little downsides. We had some rain on our stay and there isn’t a lot to do inside the hotel. We found the lobby sitting area very corporate and the adults only area inside lacked any vibe. Also some evenings were very cool but they kept having entertainment at the pool bar, it would have been nice to have had some of it in the adults only bar as it’s sheltered. We loved the entertainment but had to leave early for some of them as we were too cold. Also the booking Al a cartes is annoying. When we arrived there was hardly anything available and this just got worse as the days progressed. We were not able to get into the Italian this time which we were disappointed about. When we did get a booking we would arrive at the restaurant and it would be half empty! I don’t know whether a lot of guest were a no show or you only allow a small amount of guests in but we found it really annoying. I could not recommend this hotel more. We will be back for a third time!

I came to this hotel on the 3rd of September 2023. After a three hour delay we got to the hotel quite late because of the flight delay. We gave the receptionist our passports the receptionist he then started to struggled with finding a few of my family members. He had some people I didn’t even know on my booking. I’m not sure how he manage this we must of been stood there over a least 5 minutes because he didn’t know what he was doing and at this point we was all getting quite frustrated and feeling very tired and after being delayed for 3 hours I really didn’t want to be faced with this farce he eventually sorted it,He then said sorry it was his first night NOT A GREAT START. We was all then shown to our rooms by the porter. All looks great until my daughter needed the toilet. The toilet doors are sliding doors and ours must’ve fell off the roller and my daughter couldn’t get out which caused her to panic and cry, so we had to slightly lift up the door and push it back to open the door now does this sound like 5 star hotel to you I think not. And I really wasn’t impressed with my room we had mould on the walls and on the floor near the main door it looked like someone had been Sick There was a big massive stain on the floor and splatter marks all up the door. These stains was not cleaned throughout our stay. The tv kept on glitching. Going back to the subject of the door, we did report it to the receptionist who said they would tell the maintenance team two days later still nothing on our third day we happened to bump into the maintenance team and then showed them the door. This was then fixed that very same day so it was obvious that whoever we reported the bathroom door to didn’t report it to the maintenance team. and while I’m on the subject of the reception, I found some of them quite rude on our day of checking out. We was faced with a bill which we knew was coming. But It was quite shock because the amount was higher then expected so we asked for an exclamation, the man who served us obviously did not like us challenging the bill and started huffing and puffing, and then started speaking to another receptionist lady in his language I did find this very intimidating and very uncomfortable. The lady who was trying to explain to us and so was he. He was so damn rude and then eventually just went off leaving the Lady to deal with us. She eventually explained it to us by showing us the receipts and then we understood the charge. There was no need for this man to be so rude its very unprofessional. There is no need to be rude to customers. This person should not be on a reception desk if he wants to have an attitude like this. my next problem is the cleanliness of the whole hotel having working in a hospital I know what to look for and where to look and I’m telling you now the hotel is not cleaned properly and not five star standards in my opinion. Our room was not cleaned properly. I left a few traps in the bathroom and it was still

I requested a quiet room as I’m a light sleeper, and whilst I understand requests cannot always be met, we were given a room overlooking the very busy highway. Whilst the double glazing is very effective it didn’t make for a peaceful holiday. My other ****** is cold plates at every meal in the self service restaurant. By the time you have visited the buffet and got back to your table the food was cold, a problem easily rectified. Other than these minor irritations we had an amazing holiday in a beautiful hotel with wonderful, well maintained facilities. Each of the specialist restaurants were fabulous and served great food. Every member of staff without exception were polite, friendly, helpful, and hard working. The icing on the cake was the entertainment. Top class shows which were of West End standard. The Kanika All Stars team are all very professional and hard working. I’ve seen the Freddy Mercury show in a different Kanika hotel and if anything is even better than previous. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit, our daughter got married here back in june 2022 and we said then that we would return. The food in all eating places is really good, plenty of variety in the main restaurant. The seven orchids is exceptional, didnt eat at the captains deck or the italian, so couldn't say, the greats and american diner again very good. The ice-cream parlour was welcoming on a very hot day, plenty of flavours to choose from, also serves milkshakes, and slush amongst other drinks. The gardens, all restaurants, pools, bar areas and reception are spotless. My only constructive criticism would be that the corridors where rooms are , are getting a bit tired and in need of some tlc. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and again I'd say the bathroom( so assuming the same in other rooms) was starting to look a bit tired and in need of a bit of a re-grout etc. The entertainment here is fabulous, have to say the best shows ive ever seen in the history of all my holiday's over the years. So talented are the allstars team and a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble here, all the staff in all areas are so friendly, hardworking and helpful. The waiters/waitresses work so hard, again credit to the hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel, be it weddings , family or just couples. There are some negative reviews here, and everyone has their own opinion, but all i can say is you are on holiday to relax and enjoy yourself not to moan about things that dont really matter. Your holiday is what you make it and the staff here certainly make sure you have a great time. We will certainly be returning.

Came home yesterday after a week. This hotel is absolute heaven and the staff cannot do enough for you. They just make your stay. The beds!!!!! OMG Love the food and their subbed allocation system works like clockwork, no sunbed wars Cannot wait to come back again and again and again
