Very kind service, the food was excellent and the experience was beautiful. Being so close to the airport was extremely convenient too

The location to the hotel is good, but it is a bit of a walk to the airport. The shuttle at the time was temporarily closed. The bed was quite firm which made it difficult to sleep. The A/C light if not turned off stays on all night and is quite bright. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options. I’d stay here again.

Not recommended, the hotel needs major renovation. Carpets are worn mold everywhere In the bathroom . I had to leave the hotel same day

Wow! What a fantastic hotel. Smiling, happy staff - and easy check in. My room was lovely - and quite the most comfy bed! I really enjoyed my evening meal (squid followed by a Jacket potato and LOTS of cheese) . I was staying at this hotel as it was nearest to the place where my best friends funeral was taking place. When we got back to the hotel, we asked it there was any way we could have coffees / teas for everyone. This was NO PROBLEM. Then, we asked if there was any way they could do sandwiches, chips, etc for all of us. And again... NO PROBLEM. I cannot praise this hotel enough.

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, welcomed as soon as you came through the door. The food in the restaurant was tasty and hot. I asked for a refrigerator in my room and it was provided free of charge

Good location by the airport, plenty of parking and relatively easy to find. The room was clean and modern and perfect for an overnight stay prior to a flight out of Exeter. The bar and food options are limited but we had a very nice pizza and drinks at the bar despite a late checkin. Ideal place to stay prior to a flight out.

This hotel cancelled our booking as it was closing its doors to the public in order to "resettle families from abroad". This has caused a lot of problems for the travelling British public and we were forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice.

I booked a night here to prevent my Hilton Honors points from expiring at the end of Dec. At £60 bed and breakfast I couldn’t go wrong. Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Friendly but professional front of house and bar/restaurant staff. Food in the evening was acceptable especially for the price and an excellent breakfast. I think I’ll come back soon just for the fun of it and boost my points. I left my chargers and lead in my room, house keeping had found it and it was put in a safe place until I could collect it. Thank you Hilton staff
