This hotel has old room with old wood that has bad smell the moment my wife and I noticed that smell after moment my wife started to sneeze badly and got after few minutes her eyes started getting red and her face also we have talked to them to change the room but they refused with the excuse that the hotel is full even many rooms we can was empty after that we asked for refund they have accepted at the first to refund as but they have said you have to talk with trip support to ask for refund then trip call the hôtel and they have refuse to refund after I left because I can’t stay at their ****ty old rooms id you have allergies don’t go there other wise u will face the same situation as my wife look at the pictures and for the road just to get to this hotel you have to make very difficult trip the road is very dangerous

Widiane Suites and Spa, Marocco, marzo 2024. Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questo resort a nord di Marrakech, tra le montagne dell'Atlante. È un buon 5 stelle che comincia a mostrare gli anni sulle spalle, ma si fa perdonare velocemente. I panorami sono straordinari, anche dalla camera, grande e gradevole; gli ambienti comuni sono molto curati, profumati e rilassanti. Il ristorante Safran offre piatti gustosi e ben presentati e la qualità del servizio è lodevole. Il bar Karma Lounge, in stile orientale, è veramente bello. Gli ambienti della piscina e del club nautico sono piacevoli e premiati da una vista eccezionale. In ultimo il lago, vero valore aggiunto di questo soggiorno. Raggiunto il centro in kayak, la vista delle brulle montagne propone panorami inconsueti e il silenzio assoluto che ti circonda, a cui non si è più abituati, fa dimenticare in pochi secondi i problemi del lavoro, le preoccupazioni e tutte le seccature della nostra quotidianità. .

This hotel has it all at decent prices but what really stood out for us was the friendliness and effort among all the staff. Food is excellent - scenery and facilities are superb. My only complaint is the freezing temperature of all three pools - none were heated. But we didn’t let that spoil an amazing getaway for the family

It was a great stay. Went back home fully recharged . Kids had fun . Weather is amazing . Staff is very friendly . Put a 4 star instead of five because of the breakfast but overall the food in both restaurants for luck and dinner is good. We’ll be definitely coming back

We had a wonderful stay in the Widiane Resort. Big room and private balcony. Super comfortable beds. Very attentive service. Nice clean bathrooms. Drinking water provided. All great. Beautiful place also and the value was right I thought.

The worst restaurant manager ever dealt with! Very rude restaurant manager, arrogant and no sense of business , the food was served cold and it took them an 1:30minutes between service starters and main course! All orders were late and no sense of customer service in their restaurant meanwhile the hotel looks good and rest of the staff were nice except that bold restaurant manager and we’ll never recommend staying at this hotel unless they have better service

It’s with some reluctance I give this hotel a 3. From start to nearly finish, our experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. We have been in this beautiful country with such lovely people for two weeks and by far this resort just doesn’t cut it. It maybe a “hotel of excellence” but there not other choices. It started with attempting to check in; we waited at least 15 minutes before being called to the front desk. At the same time, another guest walked up and started the check- in process. So there we stood for at least another 10 minutes…no “we will be with you soon”.it was if we were invisible. There was a gentleman in a suit in an office with a partially opened door. He and I made eye contact more than once. The manager, maybe? Zero response. When we finally were able to check in, no apologies for the wait. When we arrived in our room ( signage is very non existent to minimally available) we found no information about the hotel, pool, dining spa. Yes there was a QR code which we downloaded; half in English and half in French. Not helpful for a non-French speaker.i made a specific visit to the spa because I have a specific issue I wanted addressed. All the woman I spoke with would say was “book at front desk”. Not helpful. The breakfast experience was mediocre at best…huge room, again no signage, no labels on the food, no instruction as to where the egg station was; nothing had been freshened up. It was like being in a 2 star hostel. Dinner was just a notch better night one, except that hubs had to take his third choice for entree — a decent venue would start by telling you what was not available on the menu that night. It turned out we should have been offered the half board menu which had the second night. Second night hubs ordered the gamine and when they lifted the cover his Tajiks was covered with/fries. Where am I? Mc Donald’s? My entree was pasta bolognese which was cold. Nuff said…pathetic. Perhaps my biggest concern is that the shower floor is treacherously slick. It is a very bad accident waiting to happen. This is a beautiful property with the opportunity to help locals improve their lives but it is aging poorly and the attitude of staff does not for one second feel welcoming nor like the staff is trying to make your stay a joy—- this IS something I’ve felt in every other place we’ve lain our heads.Moved on…this dump is in the rear view mirror but I will tell my Moroccan travel agent to not use this place.my good memory is of the lovely man who took us for a boat ride.

Very rude restaurant manager, called Salim a dark skin boy has no sense of business, and arrogant! They serve the food cold and very slow service , the hotel looks good in pictures and good location but better don’t stay there as there’s no sense of service and no value for your money

What a wonderful experience in this hotel ! Especially the massage with Siham in their Spa. She was very kind and professionnal. I very recommand this place to all people that want to live à very peacefull moment.
