イリカスバ(Kasbah Illy)

What a find - this place is secluded on the road out of Demnate. It is beautiful, very relaxing and the owner has restored it lovingly. It hasn't any mod cons but thats the beauty of it. The pool is fantastic (a little cold in April) and the gardens and view is breath-taking. Siad, the befitting manager was excellent and he made us very welcome with the chef making whatever we wanted for our evening meals with a lot of fresh produce from the gardens. The rooms and beds are very comfy and are of a style befitting the age of the property. WiFi was a bit didgy in the rooms but could get it at the reception area. Would recommend this place if you want relax - some nice walks. They are expanding the accommodation on the side but there wasn't any noise or disruption (Siad hoping to finish the works early 2025).

We arrived here after a 6,5 hour trip from fez. Once we arrived, we were absolutely not received kindly by the owner. He claimed we hadn't paid for the night and even when we showed him the papers he still didn't believe us because he said he doesn't have contact with travel agents. We had to contact our travel agent but even then he would not cooperate. Finally with a lot of hassle we were able to stay here. Yet we did not feel comfortable because the pool is also for people from outside the hotel so there is little privacy. Once but absolutely never again!

terrible place, disrespect by the owner bad service, dirty rooms, except nature, the owner is a scammer, double price on what is in the site, really space to avoid the worst problem is that this person really asked me for high prices, twice what is at the price

Atención pésima, malos modales y cambio de precio al estar allí, no repetiría nunca. El gerente un estafador. Después de todas las experiencias magníficas en otros hoteles por Marruecos un muy mal sabor de boca. Pedimos hielo y nos lo cobraron al día siguiente, es más el té de cortesía que ponen con muchísimas cortesía en cualquier sitio, también lo cobraron.

Accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre magnifique. La Kasbah est un très beau bâtiment, avec une belle vue. Le personnel est aux petits soins, et les repas sont excellents ! Nous avons trouvé le lieu très calme. Nous mangions dans un petit salon privatif.

Hôtel Kasbah à la décoration soignée et typique. Le personnel est accueillant et aimable. Très bon couscous servi avec les légumes bio de la propriété. Cuisine simple, familiale et bonne. Le sympathique propriétaire avait organisé une fête avec orchestre et chants marocains qui ont bien egayé la soirée ! Vaut le détour.

Bel établissement, bel environnement, accès bien indiqué, bon accueil, bon repas, service attentif et professionnel, chambre un peu petite et peu équipée, rapport qualité prix défavorable. Eviter les chambres donnant sur la route.

Lors de ma réservation pour moi et d'autres amis, j'avais demandé 5 chambres double et j'avais eu la confirmation de bénéficier d'un tarif spécial du groupe qui est de 628dhs en demi-pension. Tout était parfait jusqu'au moment du paiement à la fin de notre séjour, où on était surpris que le tarif est de 1256dhs/chambre soit 628dhs/personne. Réaction du gérant qui balance la nouvelle d'un air froid et confiant et se retire dans son bureau pour nous laisser assimiler le coup. C'était très clair que c'était pas sa première ni sa dernière fois... Faite attention insister d'avoir le détail de votre réservation à l'avance ou bien chercher ailleurs, il y a mieux et il y a surtout des gens honnêtes mais pas à kasbah illy
