Een super hotel met alle voorzieningen van dien. Wij zijn goed geholpen en hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen!

Very nice hotel in a dream place. The room is spacious, full of histories mixed with comfort. The balconies have a great view over the whole valley Breakfast and dinner are delicious, and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains from the restaurant window while eating. The hotel has 3 kinds of pools, a normal pool, a kid's pool, and a whirlpool, the spa is also nice, clean, and big enough, which is the best place to relax after a day of hiking in summer or skiing/snowboarding in winter. Friendly staff that are happy to help. All in all, because of this lovely hotel, we're really considering coming back to Bad Gastein!

Stayed here for a few nights to explore the area. Here are my pros and cons, as I read reviews when choosing where I’m going to stay and maybe this will be helpful to someone else not familiar with the area or the resort PROS : Beautiful area Amazing waterfall in town Very spacious two bedroom suite Alot of history in the town Restaurant on site ( if of importance) Family friendly Sauna ( clothing NOT allowed, which for me is a con )😳 CONS : Bed ( very hard ) Parking ( very difficult and could be challenging for a lot of people - I’ll explain later ) No dishwasher Laundry ( washer $5 euro per wash ) Small fridge/freezer No TV in 2nd bedroom Most stores including all grocery stores in the entire area are closed on Sunday’s PARKING - I wanted to elaborate on that There is very limited parking at hotel - maybe 10 spots +/- however they having parking across the street and up a very large and steep hill. When I say steep, I really mean steep ! I think those are all my highlights of the hotel/resort

Great location, very close to the train station, hiking areas, very close to the gondolas to the sky area. Very close to an amazing water fall. Excellent staff and service. Very clean. Great restaurant. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was delicious. We love it.

This was the second time we visited Mondi at Bad Gastein on an RCI exchange. The room is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We got a balcony with a nice view and were very satisfied with our room. The service from the hotel and staff are perfect. There was a shuttle to the lift station Stubnerkugel or the railway station for 3 Euro/person. You could also go by shuttle to their restaurant Bellevue Alm for 2 euro/person. The hotel has a SPA with pools and saunas that are free of charge during your stay.

We stayed for 7 nights. The mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable - beddings, temperature, sufficiently equipped kitchen, strong wifi. Buffet breakfast was delicious with wide spread and good service Very pleasant and helpful reception upon check-in and throughout our stay. Special thanks to Alain for making us feel so welcomed and giving us useful information about the area. We enjoyed the Tuesday Director's welcome session. Bathroom shower could be stronger. A starter tea/coffee pack would be a nice welcome to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Great staff and wonderful location! The town had plenty of very good restaurants and the Elm was a special take, food was excellent and the sled ride down a great way to end the evening. We walked to everything the town had to offer, a bit of a climb sometimes but who's in a hurry, sure would go back! Hotel also had a ski locker room/with boot warming racks!

We stayed in the apartments,self catering which were great, had everything you would need. Drawbacks were we arrived late sat night, everything closed, so nowhere to get food. I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. I had an accident when I was there and couldn't use shower as there was a huge step into it, pool area had a flight of stairs - no lift, and same to reception and bar. I had a few difficult days but other than that, would recommend. 😁 The pool area was fabulous and the cocktails were great.

Loved this hotel. The paintings are awesome all around the hotels. Lovely pool and self service dinner and breakfast. Incredible view of the mountains. Lovely staff. Clean and unique. I really hope to come back someday.
