フロントデスクの紳士はとても親切で親切でした。掃除をしていた年配の紳士が非常に批判的で、私の外見について尋ね続け、私が建物に出入りするたびに汚い目で見ていました。チェックアウトについての電話はありませんでした。寝坊したため、ハウスキーピングから怒ってノックを受け、滞在の延長について尋ねたところ、彼女は非常に失礼に、それはチェックアウト後なのでフロントデスクに相談するように言いました。若い背の高い男性が私に与えてくれたサービスのほかに、私は滞在にあまり満足していませんでした。ハンドソープは開いていました。バスタブが欠けていて汚く見えました。完全に水が止まらず水漏れしてしまいました。ヒーター/エアコンを使えるようになるまでに時間がかかりました。テレビは基本的に小道具であり、機能せず、ケーブルボックスも機能しませんでした。滞在を延長しようとしたとき、すべてが予約でいっぱいだったので、正直言って延長できず、ストレスがかかりましたが、それはよく理解しています。

Our room was adorable, clean & efficient. Breakfast is cereal, yogurt, fruits & granola bars. Parking was easy. Definitely in a convenient location.

Wonderful stay. Clean and quiet, even next to icemaker. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The room was filthy . Not vacumed , hair all over the bathroom , nasty food in the refrigerator, towels were stained . Also the internet was down for 8 hours .

This is my third time staying at this location , and the last for sure ! Must have changed housekeeprs , because it was absolutely filthy ! Also the internet was down for 8 hours , so no tv and couldnt use my laptop to do taxes !

Last minute booking during a long drive. Stayed here last-minute after driving too far! Unfortunately, we were so tired we accepted a dirty room with beds that WERE NOT made with clean sheets. We covered the sheets with towels and attempted to get sleep.

Room was nothing like the photo old furniture smelled like cigarette smoke not very clean dirty walls, tub, etc

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Had to ask for coffee and toilet paper. Not the cleanest motel ive stayed in. The staff were nice and friendly.

We had a rough start, the room initially booked was not so good, but Paul took care of us, and we had a great time

Our room location was very noisy, the bathroom sink was clogged, room smelled like feet. We did not sleep because of the noise. All around a bad experience. We may never visit again.

Very dirty rooms. Requested smoke free but it was not smoke free room. Had very heavy smell of nicotine. Had to request change of rom. Front desk is collecting $40 as refundable security fee which is from selective people (not all). Never had this kind of issue from any hotel/motel stay anywhere. Very bad experience.

It's a nice place, Paul was very kind and helpful, we had an issue with our room and he made it out right away.
