it’s a very satisfying stay at Moi Ella. Mr Jerry looked after us very well. He provided us with unimaginable services, which exceeded our expectations. We all (11 of us) spent the 3 days very happily and comfortably. And the entire staff including Sayura at reception were really friendly and very supportive. I would definitely give 10/10 for this entire hotel experience. And we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family without a doubt. Thumbs up for Mr. Jerry’s fine attitude. We really appreciate him for comforting us in every way possible. This property has super views from roof top floor. Surrounding is very clean and well maintained. Roadway is pretty simple and has plenty of parking space. Rooms are clean and we really enjoyed all their different menu food items throughout our stay. Wow, what a gorgeous and luxurious resort. The setting is amazing - a 150 year old tea plantation. Our villa was a delight, modern and spacious with a jaw dropping view over the plantation and surrounding mountains. The staff were amazing too, so helpful and attentive. We highly recommend this resort.
