The room size was great, the facilities likewise. The view - Bellisimo ;) The breakfast... italian - (Cake, with more cake and coffee.) The staff, great on italian, not so much english. The terme, was like a small inside pool.

Sergio is THE BEST MANAGER, always going the extra mile. The waiting staff were highly professional and the maid service was exemplary. The facilities are of a good standard and not overcrowded even in high season.

The area was famed by royals and the elite already in early 19th century. And it is truly beautiful.. stunning setting, and very tranquil. Covid has been very brutal to this part of the world so hospitality and smiles are both plentiful. The hotel is simple luxury. Do not expect the excess of city hotels but be indulged by the scenery. Menu is limited but what they do is perfectly fine. You will feel in complete balance and not least relaxed after a dip in the indoor thermal pool, where you may also enjoy drinks or coffee on the very neat poolside . You WILL enjoy it!

Lovely hotel; everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the thermal bath just because of Covid carefulness, but it looked absolutely divine. I would stay here again any time. Be aware that Waze might take you to a dead end; just stay on Via Bagni Caldi and you'll get to the front of the hotel.

The hotel did not disappoint. If your prepared to go the little extra distance then we can defiitely recommend this hotel. Sure there were one or two individual points that could be better but after the terrible time the hospitality industry has suffered over the last year and a half, the hotel exceeded expectations. Granted we only spent one night there but could have easily stayed more nights comfortably. The room was large and accomodated our small family of 3 comfortably. The dinner was enjoyable and the food of high quality and plentiful. The dining area was layed out in a traditional form and the bare wooden structured ceiling has to be appreciated. No fastenings, bolts or nails.

Quale tristezza mi avvolge ogni volta che ripenso ai momenti splendidi passati qui negli anni! Era il nostro buen retiro! Le terme chiuse per mancato rinnovo della concessione non hanno certo giovato, ma è questa gestione che è veramente imbarazzante! I concetti di ospitalità, cortesia e umiltà non sono propri di questi signori, qualsiasi commento volto a migliorare le (numerose) pecche riscontrate tra piscina-colazione-camere e massaggio imbarazzante viene preso come un'offesa personale. Come riuscire a distruggere un bel posto con pochi, semplici passi... ✔ Non torneremo più.

Accesso alle terme 20€ ci si può stare. Il ristorante era chiuso. Abbiamo chiesto di fare uno spuntino. Ci e' stato servito, senza possibilita' di scegliere, un vassoio di salami e formaggi per 2. Una bottiglia di vino rosso. Acqua minerale e caffe'. Qualita' e quantita' del cibo e bevande normalissima niente di particolare. Conto dello spuntino 60 € senza ricevuta. Decisamente eccessivo. Discreto il servizio.

Letteralmente la stanza piena di cimici ovunque e dopo averlo fatto presente al titolare se n’è fregato altamente dicendo che è normale visto che siamo in una citta di colla abbiamo dovuto lasciare la stanza dallo schifo che c’era pieno pieno ovunque nelle lenzuola cuscini ovunque e il titolare non ha voluto saperne di rimborsarci

La recensione viene fatta dopo aver cercato ripetutamente un dialogo con la proprietà a seguito di soggiorno per lavoro di miei collaboratori. Il dialogo non c'e stato ovviamente. I tre dipendenti hanno soggiornato due giorni per un totale di sei cene complessive. Tali cene sono state fatturate e prelevate dalla carta di credito aziendale senza avere comunicato ne tantomeno concordato nulla. I dipendenti non hanno chiesto il prezzo considerando che non erano in vacanza ma in soggiorno di lavoro non hanno nemmeno immaginato a quanto potesse ammontare una cena. Hanno mangiato un primo o un secondo (non entrambi) non il dolce ma con una bottiglia di vino (in tre) da 0.75 lt. e un caffè a testa. Ebbene le cene sono state tutte addebitate a forfait in € 35,00 che a noi sono parsi esagerati visto che non hanno mangiato il menu completo. La risposta è stata che il menu da loro proposto ha prezzi elevati e hanno sviscerato i costi dei primi, dei secondi, dei contorni, dei dolci alludendo a consumi di fiumi di Chianti oltre a caffe, caffe corretti grappe amari e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Peccato che, ripetiamo, NON HANNO MANGIATO UN PASTO COMPLETO, NON HANNO BEVUTO FIUMI DI VINO ma una bottiglia in tre. Inoltre ammesso che sia vero il loro conteggio come è possibile che tutte le cene abbiamo avuto il costo uguale a 35 euro? Diciamo che è un comportamento discutibile. Molto discutibile. Hanno affermato che le maestranze abbiano detto bugie ma non è mai accaduta una situazione come questa in tutti gli anni in cui essi hanno girato l'Italia.
