Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa

Excellent staff who clearly make the extra effort so you enjoy your stay. For our evening meal we had the pork belly sharing platter in Hillfield restaurant which was lovely. Breakfast in the Thesis was included with the room where you can order from the menu and help yourself to a well stocked buffet. I had the eggs Benedict, pictured below. The spa is very well maintained with a pleasant a**osphere. Would love to come back again.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel between Xmas and New Year. It was only a one night stay as a treat/rest from a hectic few weeks and it definitely delivered that. The spa was just amazing, Plenty of space so didn't feel too busy. A excellent variety of different rooms and areas to use. Changing rooms were a room in themselves. I also had a trea**ent and it was excellent. We had access to this as soon as we checked in. We used it again the next morning and virtually had the place to ourselves as it was before the day spa guest arrived. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, every amenity you could ask for. We did have a maintenance issue but that was sorted very professionally by staff. We had a meal in the bar in the evening and the food was excellent. One of the best things with this hotel was the staff that we encountered throughout our stay. They were all so friendly and yet professional at the same time and we thank them for making our stay so special. We cant wait to return again and would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering going, its well worth it.

Just wow, this was an incredible stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the hotel was clean, well maintained and the facilities beat other spas / hotels we have been to like Limewood and the Pigs hands down - there was such variety and it was all done really well. Food and the grounds was the beautiful too!

We have had the most amazing stay! Thank you to Tom Sinny and all the reception team for making our stay so so special! We got upgraded to a beautiful Plush Junior Suite in Pennyhill’s race course wing! Where we were then gifted with surprise sparkling wine and cake for my other half’s birthday celebration. Magical experience definitely worth the visit :)

We have been staying regularly for 15 years and it’s always such a joy. 5 star spa, grounds and staff. The front of house reception team are exceptional and really well trained. We stayed in the Wentworth Suite and it was outstanding. The room has its only private garden which will the evening sun was an absolute joy. HUGE bathroom and walk in shower. Incredible. The Latymer as ever was exceptional. Creative courses with a cracking wine flight. Only negative was the spa is showing signs of wear and tear. Missing tiles and water damage around the outside hot tubs. A lot of flaking paintwork inside. Really at odds with what has been a huge stand out for the hotel. Must be hard to close with a 24/7 hotel but took the slight edge off a world class spa. If you want a social occasion stay then this is hard to beat.

This was our 2nd visit to Pennyhill Park and it was just as amazing as the 1st time, we've yet to go to another hotel with such attentive staff, Tom at the check in desk was incredibly nice and made the whole process as easy as possible. The room was absolutely incredible and by far the best we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 2 nights and used the Spa both days, with so many different rooms and trea**ents available these 2 days flew by. The food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing, so much so i had to order the same thing for breakfast the 2nd day as it was the nicest eggs ive had in my life. We cannot wait to come back!

My wife (married at Pennyhill in 2019) and I had our 3rd date in the now Hillfield restaurant (formally the Ascot restaurant) in 2016. We have been resident around 12 times and been for food / walks / spa / gym / business well over 100 times. It feels like our second home. We know many of the staff by name and they also know ours. There are so many staff members we could mention as they have all been exceptionally kind and welcoming to us, but I would like to call out James Pettitt in particular due to his kind, attentive, friendly, welcoming, and always helpful over the 8 years we have been coming to Pennyhill. James has gone above and beyond with excellent service and attentiveness.

The staff were very attentive and helpful , the room was spacious and comfortable , we stayed in a traditional room. The spa and outside area were great. we were there for 2 sunny days so spent time by the pool. Dinner at Latymers was fantastic and a real treat. All in all a 5* stay

Pennyhill is a superb venue a beautiful setting unfortunately the new food arrangement has made the offering poorer. previously it has been a full carvery type service now it is that for the starters and dessert but table service for main course.As result there’s a very limited options for vegetarians and the main meal was delivered warm at best . Bearing in mind pricing is set for a premium product this is not great . Staff were extremely helpful but that doesn’t really compensate for a Luke warm meal
