highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.

Non-availability of face towels or was clothes in the bathroom, non-availability of bottled water or soft drinks in the room to purchase and no tea bags available for tea drinkers. In addition, recommend establishing Baguio city tours for the guests and tourists at an affordable price. Kudos to the employees especially at the dining hall or restaurant. They are customer service oriented, polite and respectful.

I would like to commend the Front Desk Department they are so great! I am being fascinated how we are being treated however I can say their housekeeping department needs an improvement, they need to make sure that they have their housekeeping checklists to ensure that they able to deliver complete amenities. The breakfast buffet is great and the F&B servers are friendly however they do not serve dinner so all guests are going out to find a dinner and they lose their revenue for the F&B.
Inspite of all shortcomings, I will stay again in Sotogrande Hotel as I do like the Security, the front office department, the servers in F&B.
