ホテル・スリー・シックスティ - 大人専用(Three Sixty Boutique Hotel)

Amazing view from our balcony-we were serenaded by toucans one morning and had a monkey make its way through the trees to check us out. The staff were attentive and shared insights on the culture as well as places to eat and see the beauty of the country. The room was spacious, bright and modern.

We had a wonderful -- if way too short -- stay at Hotel Three Sixty. The views down to the ocean are spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The layout of the resort is beautiful and the rooms top notch: fully equipped, lots of room and closet space, modern and luxurious, and again spectacular rooms. Everything you could ask for. Some very nice extra touches such as the free (yes, free!) fully and well-stocked, mini-bar and 2 free laundered items a day (very helpful on a long trip). The food was good (rather than great) but certainly very satisfying -- we had no complaints. Really a super welcoming high-end, luxurious resort. Well worth a visit!

A totally excellent hotel. The views from 250m above sea level set amidst the tropical rain forest are spectacular. Service from the staff is exemplary and the restaurant food is of a very high standard. An ideal place to relax for two to three days - but you really need a car to enjoy the local area. Although the staff are happy to assist in arranging excursions it can be expensive to travel far from here relative to the cost of the excursion.

My husband and I had the most amazing time at the hotel. It was gorgeous, Very well maintained and the staff were amazing. Every request was met with immediate assistance and kindness. The food was delicious and the views are unmatched. The drive up to the hotel is a small adventure but adds to the appeal. It’s very helpful to have the staff assist with your plans as they had everything arranged including our transports. Overall, this was an amazing trip together.

We have just had three fantastic nights at Hotel Three Sixty. An unbelievable setting with the best views you could imagine, fantastic spacious rooms with great balconies, great food and fantastic staff especially Jaido and Anetta. We will definitely be back and if you want to stay in this part of Costa Rica, this is the place.

Incredibly luxurious resort in the middle of the rain forest. I can't think of a bad thing to say about it, from attentive and wonderfully trained staff to a kitchen continuously serving interesting cuisine incorporating local produce. The rooms are capacious, well maintained and up to date. The infinity pool is right at the edge of your sun chair, a delightful way to cool off from the blazing sun, and it is indeed blazing. You are surrounded by animals and foliage - monkeys, Toucans, birds of all kinds - reflecting Costa Rica's broad biodiversity. I do think one needs to be aware of the hotel's setting: By car from San Jose, it is a good 4-4.5 hour drive from the airport. It is reached by a long, winding and quite rough 1.5 mile dirt and rock path, turning off from the main highway. culminating in a couple of what appear to be 50% grade switchbacks. Trying to reach it by conventional AWD vehicles is unrealistic. If you aren't comfortable navigating a leased 4X4, rely on the hotel's shuttle service to bring you there, but be aware, it's a long 4.5 hours drive in the shuttle. (There are options to fly San Jose to the local airport, but you'll still need a cab or shuttle for the final 1-1.5 hours to the hotel, and at little if any cost savings.) Conversely, traveling off site to a zip line, a local restaurant or the national park entails a cab ride, which can run from $40 USD upwards each way just to reach the destination. All in all, beautiful, relaxing and professionally maintained at a high level, but quite isolated for an extended stay. (Ideal for a 2-3 night stopover en route to Panama or Corcovado.) That worked well for us - we weren't looking to sight see - but first determine if it works for you

Just concluded a 5 night stay at this amazing resort. Just 12 guest villas, each with amazing views of the lush jungle below and the vast ocean beyond. Amazing sunsets. As great as the views are from your villa and the pool/restaurant area, the service is what sets this place apart. Jose and his colleagues go above and beyond to make sure each guest is completely taken care of. This is a special place that I can’t recommend highly enough.

It's taken me a while to write this review, partially because it was so magically it seems like it didn't even happen. I walked up the stairs to the hotel and was completely blown away and shocked by the shear beauty. The lobby is completely outside with amazing lights and plants. The restaurant over looks the ocean with an amazing sunset every night. The bar is near the pool which has the most amazing drinks. I've never had anything that was so fresh and delicious. The pool drops off and overlooks the jungle and ocean. On a clear day you can see Connos Island. I think the most amazing thing about this hotel besides it's beauty, is the level of service. Being in the service industry, I was completely blown away with the willingness to make anything happen. We felt like we were apart of the family. They made our 10 year wedding anniversary incredibly special. Alex, Albert, Anna and I'm sorry I can't remember the sweetest kindest receptionist's name, but he was wonderful as was everyone else. I feel like I've made life long friends. I hope to return to paradise. I'm literally crying writing this because it was incredibly moving. Pura Vida! Xoxo Annie and Greg

First and foremost, this is one of the nicest luxury boutique hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. That places the Three Sixty amongst very stiff competition. Beyond the amazing location and architecture, the service we received from every single person on staff, including an opportunity to meet their amazing chefs, was beyond compare. Once you understand the topography of the Uvita and Ojochal areas of this part of Costa Rica (South Pacific Coast) you have to wonder how the original owner and builder of this project could have had the insight to locate this property where it is at , much less the commitment to build it here. Amazing location! Quite naturally, as with many other hotels and/or restaurants in this area, it is up a rather steep hill indeed, although not as steep as others we had to go up to get to other locations in this area. But that is exactly why they are able to employ the name Three Sixty. Beyond breathtaking. We will be back again… And again… And again…! Les Fohl
