It's the perfect getaway you could have and the service it offers is really incredible..Mr Shekhar is so down to earth and is really there to help us out in every way he could...Food is awesome and the variety and taste really is unique....Would really recommend all to come n stay overhere to have a memorable stay...

Awesome stay, rooms were great given we booked the most basic ones, pics at booking sites do justice as you have well maintained facilities including gym,pool,and indoor games. The highlight was the food where the buffet wasn't too expansive, but did justice to the food they served with the Food & Bev ***ager Mr. Shekhar being very hospitable.

One of the best experiences, I ever had. the staff is as polite as anyone could be. U can't raise ur finger on any of the services they provide. Food is like a cherry on top of the cake. Rooms are neat and tidy, greenery they maintain is soothing to the eyes. Freshness prevails everywhere, in air in their food and in their behaviour. They greet u everytime so well as if they know u personally. Superb experience.

It was my bday surprise frm my husband.... beautiful property...room decoration was really good...we had spa which was the best...games n restaurant is good...staff is very helpful n kind...n quick service... Pool is amazing...we had fun stay.... Thank you so much!! It was amazing experience for sure!!

Room service excellent. Room cleaning excellent. Food variety and quality both are excellent. So ***y natural bio-diversity inside. Hospitality of each and every staff is really commendable starting from reception to room service to room cleaning to restaurant staffs.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Food was decent. For kids, games are there. Swimming pool was nearly maintained. Gym facility is good. The location is very calm and serene. There are good places around this resort. If you are planning for a vacation it's a nice stay.

Terrible! A reservation was made for 1 night in Courtyard room for 10K/- INR. Neither the booking website nor the hotel got back saying they do not have any king size beds in any of the rooms. My booking was specifically for 2 adults +1 child. On checking-in room 111, and realizing the bed is just queen size, first a request was made to move to a king size room. Didn't hear from them while waiting in the room for luggage to arrive, went to reception desk and requested again. The lady at the reception desk was curt and responded, in last 7 years no guest has made this request and they expect guests to accommodate with the sofa provided. She inferred that our child sleeps on the sofa (a major safety concern to say the least for the child). On pushing them more, so-called ***ager Suhail continued to say the hotel doesn't have any king size beds and if required extra bed will be provided BUT with additional 2.5k/- INR. So much so, after paying 10K/- INR already. I continue to ask/push but they wouldn't be congenial at all both - lady at reception desk and the ***ager Suhail. So having paid 10K/- INR already and they insist on either the child or adult sleeps on the sofa or pays additional 12.5K/- INR for the extra bed. I refused with the exact same words: "Despite giving ****ing 10K/- INR I or child should not sleep on sofa." To this, ***ager Suhail got extremely agitated, violent, asked us to checkout and threatened to call police authorities. I do have the video footage of Suhail threatening to call police. Irrespective of the conversation, the ***ager : Suhail has no reasons to have an assaulting behavior towards their guests. I called MMT to report this as safety concern (agent for this booking) a d they came back with a standard reply that refund is being denied by the hotel and they cannot do anything despite this to be a serious safety issue for the guest. Since they asked us to leave, we left immediately. The GM if seeing this feedback should make a point to view the camera recordings for date 29th March, 2024 around 12:10 PM - 12:20PM for all the cameras between reception and the exit towards restaurant / courtyard room 111. Such an ordeal. I gave this feedback on MMT as well, but I wonder why it is not published on their website. Dear guests, please be warned.

The room was nice and clean and the other features of the resort were wonderful. There were some swings and a swimming pool we went to see ***y places and things. Overall it was a very good experience in purple palms resort. Food, especially north Indian at Italian should be improved ☺️

Had a great stay in the resort. The hospitality of the staff is super awesome. Food served in the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy. The amenities are neatly maintained including swimming pool. The staff are courteous enough and they provide luggage transfer from/to reception
