ザ マーシャル スイート(Marshall Suites)

First, I have to say: the staff was so great. In the time we were there, there were 4 front desk attendants and every interaction with them was positive. I wish I could give the hotel 5 stars for that alone. Additionally, the breakfast, free snacks, and free parking are all perks that I really appreciated. The most challenging thing for me, however, was sleeping. The walls were a bit thin and someone nearby was playing music loudly and talking above the music (this was between 10 pm and midnight— when I finally took a Benadryl.) I was also a bit disappointed with the fitness room. It’s the same space as the pantry where they store the dry goods and plates, etc., for breakfast. It also adjoins the lobby. ‘Just not really a comfortable space for a workout. I have to reiterate: staff was/is excellent.

My only issue was the bed. Not very comfortable, too soft, kinda sunk to the middle. Otherwise, clean property, nice staff. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but then I am not a big fan of most complimentary hotel breakfasts in the USA.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel even had snacks and drinks out all day. This was really helpful since it was freezing outside and we didn't want to leave just for a small snack. The rooms are surprisingly spacious. We rented the cheapest option and it ended up having a privacy wall between the bedroom and sitting area. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice breakfast, clean and good selection. On the downside, the bed wasn't the best that I've ever experienced.

We have stayed at The Marshall Suites for several years at Christmas time and always had an enjoyable experience. It was especially nice to see the Grab and Go breakfast bag was replaced with a hot breakfast of waffles, bagels and scrambled eggs that approaches past excellent breakfast choices that included mixed fruit and sausage or bacon.

So clean, outstanding service, and thankful for complimentary evening snacks for kids before bed & breakfast in the morning!

Cheerful and helpful staff at breakfast always made a great start to our day. Coffee was always available and we noticed the staff giving personal attention throughout breakfast.

My only complaint is that I wish the staff had shared that I had the controls for heat in my room. Had to go to the front desk to alleviate freezing room temperature. The woman cheerfully helped, accompanying me to my room to show me the heat and its controls.

We only stayed one night, but we were welcomed warmly, our room was large, our bed was comfy, and the room was quiet. We slept so well we woke up later than we usually do and had to hustle to catch our ferry. Thanks for a nice stay — we would happily stay here again.
