JJ Linのコンサートを見に来てください！ホテルは会場にとても近く、夜中のフードデリバリーサービスもとても早く、特に牛肉とトマトのスープはとても美味しかったです。 1945 レストランのチャーハン、牛肉、鴨のデザートは特においしいです。 ホテルの近くにセキュリティチェックがあり、フロント、レストラン、ルームサービスの対応が非常に良く、特に早朝の客室リクエストへの対応がとても早いです。

グランドハイアットジャカルタは私の期待に応え続けています。彼はランドリーサービス、ハウスキーピング、ルームサービスは例外的でした。すべてリクエストに応じて迅速なプロフェッショナルサービスを提供しました。スタッフはいつも歓迎し、フレンドリーでした。そこに滞在して喜び、私は次の滞在を楽しみにしています

私たちは滞在をとても楽しみました。スタッフは素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、予約の手続きも手伝ってくれました。ここに滞在できてよかったです。また来たいと思います。

部屋の枕は快適ではなく、平らでした 実は寝るときは平らになるので体が硬くなりやすく、 朝食はバリエーションは豊富ですが、味は普通…。 ハイシーズンにもかかわらず、ホテルには適切な救急セットが用意されていません つまり、何かが起こったときに適切な治療法がないので、ハンサプラストも存在しません:( それは不完全であり、ただ普通に見える たぶん、もう戻ってこないでしょう:)

Come here to celebrate my Mom's birthday. And my mom was really happy and enjoy. Overall, excellent food + excellent service = excellent service. Recommended for a romantic or family lunch or dinner. Definitely will come back someday!

非常に悪いサービス態度。旅行アプリで予約したところ、禁煙ルームしか空いていないと表示されました。チェックインすると、禁煙ルームはなくなり、喫煙ルームしか空いていないと言われました。予約には禁煙ルームを希望する旨の記載はありませんでした。友人がアプリの中国語版を提示すると、女性は理解できないと言い、Google レンズを使って翻訳すると、ホテルには喫煙ルームと禁煙ルームの両方があり、禁煙ルームがなくなったのは彼女のせいではなく、チェックインが遅かった (午後 11 時頃) からだと繰り返しました。 旅行ですぐに問題を解決するか、問題をエスカレートするよう強く主張した後、彼女は当直マネージャーを呼び、禁煙ルームを割り当てました。チェックインのプロセス全体が完了するまでに 73 分かかりました。

لقد أقمت في الفندق لمدة أربعة أيام الفندق جميل وفخم ..سكنت في السويت في الدور الثالث..الفندق جميل لكن يغلب عليه الطابع القديم.. الاستقبال ممتاز خاصة Tono و Retno . وخدمة الغرف ممتازة في التعامل و متوسطة...أما أسعار المطعم عند الطلب متوسطة إلى عالية. في سرعة الحضور . لكن المشكلة في الأكل العربي غير موجود.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで、改善して欲しいと思うところを見つけたくとも見つけられないほど、快適で楽しく、優雅でありながらまるで家で過ごすような安らぎを感じました。お部屋はもちろんのこと、ラウンジ、レストランのお食事飲み物の品質とスタッフ皆さんの身のこなしに感服しました。 Starting from arrival experience with Gavin who welcomed us and checked us out, I could not find any points of improvement while staying at this property. My stay started with their pre-arrival care by Lira, Regina and Ametha who furnished me with all the information I wanted to know, and offered me to participate a complimentary guided tour organised by the hotel. My day started with the tour after meeting Gavin, and it was Obed who took care of us during the two-hour tour. I had a chance to get to know other guests as well. Upon return from the tour, Molinda officially checked me in to escort to my room, that was fabulous. My stay included their lounge at 8th floor and they offered soft drink with snack during the day and evening cocktail with decent meal and dessert. The loungr team, Obed, Meirina, Tasya, Riri, Nancy and Kiswati, were very caring and made sure that our evening was enjoyable one. Let me mention that the view from the window was impressive as well. For breakfast at 1928 restaurant, not only the food selection but also the caring professionals were fantastic. Thanks to them, I could not stop enjoying the food and drink: Agit took the main responsibility to take care of us, followed by Julius, Adelia, Didin, Fatima, Selvy. I al comfortable to say that this property is one of my favourite ones in Jakarta and in the world I know, hope I have another chance to be back to this hotel. Many thanks to everyone I encountered and those I haven't met, especially the housekeeping team to ensure the qualify of my stay!

Love this hotel with very friendly staffs and very helpful.. the food I like it too good breakfast and very clean swimmingpool. Location very central easy to go .. bakkery i love it and a view restaurant 🇯🇵 and Italian. Close to go to Plaza Indonesia-Sarinah-Sabang street food..the room a bit old fashioned but some is modern the bath room.Everytime coming back to Aryaduta hotel when I go to Indonesia.

Even after the pandemic, Le Meridien is still one of the best 5 stars hotel that I value with an excellent rating. It's been always a pleasure to organise meetings and events here. Some of the rooms haven't been renovated yet, but still well-maintained. The buffeett is GREAT. The new look of the lobby is nice, and appreciate the GM who always near around the customers. THANK YOU for the hospitality and utmost job of the sales team (Mrs. Okta and Ms. Inggar), event team (Mr. Oka and Mr. Dewa), banquet team (Mr. Septian), FO team (Mr. Dean) and F&B team. Can't wait to have another stays and events at the Le Meridien!
