部屋は独特の臭いがし、改装されていない部屋はかび臭い匂いがし、改装された部屋はペンキの匂いが強い。滞在には適していません。

1泊430、ホームインと同等。 良い点: フロントの対応がとても良く、英語も通じます。 朝食ビュッフェが美味しい 比較的静かな 悪い点: テレビにチャンネルがない、古い お風呂場をご覧ください 掃除機のようなヘアドライヤー 設備はかなり古いです 使い捨て歯ブラシ、スリッパはエクスプレスホテル、ユースホステルをご参照ください。 ベッドサイドにティッシュはなく、トイレットペーパーのみ 水はありません。自分で入手する必要があります。 掛け布団はとても薄く、バスタオルはありません ダブルベッドルームはシングルベッドを2台繋ぎ合わせたお部屋です。 非常に普通のエクスプレスホテルですが、残念ですが、人々はとても親切でとても親切です。

Really loved this hotel! Had very peaceful and joyful stay. Hotel rooms and view just a-ma-zing!!! 11/10. The territory of the hotel is hug, which includes golf course and tennis play area, not to forget lake which located inside the area! Serene and relaxing environment! Slightly far from the city, but definitely recommend. Minimum for 2 night!!!

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

過去4回このホテルに泊まりましたが今まで朝食が付いてないのは初めてです、料金に入って無くビックリ！ ホテルはとても便利な場所で側のカザフ料理の美味しい店がありホテルの部屋によりますが南側の上階に部屋が運良く泊まれればとても綺麗な山を望めます。

これは私が長年出会った中で最も歓迎的なホテルです。今回は子供たちを連れてアルマトイに休暇で行きました。ネットで良いレビューを見て、お店に到着すると、受付の年配の女性が温かく迎えてくれました。その女性は上品な服装をしており、上品な雰囲気を持っていました。彼は私たちを自ら部屋に案内し、一人ずつ紹介してくれました。ホテルは少し古く、廊下は狭く、エレベーターも小さく、部屋も小さいですが、清潔で素晴らしいです。女性は私たちに313号室を手配してくれましたが、驚いたことにそこには素晴らしい景色が見える小さなバルコニーがありました。ホテルの朝食はとても豪華で、揚げ豆腐もありました。中国人向けに特別に用意されたものだと思います。フロントには若い女性もいました。彼女はとても美しく、ハオ・レイとユー・フェイホンの魅力を備えており、英語もとても上手でした。今朝早く帰宅した時、息子は部屋から出たくないと泣いていました。今まで色々な所へ行き、色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、異国の地でこんなにも温かい気持ちにさせてくれたのはこのホテルでした。出発前にその女性に別れを告げたかったのですが、彼女はそこにいませんでした。次回また彼女に会いに行く機会があればいいなと思います。

とてもレトロなホテルで、部屋は1990年代に戻ったような雰囲気です。地下鉄駅から300mと立地が良く、スーパーも隣接しており、空港まではタクシーで50分程度です。朝食にはパン、おかゆ、ソーセージ、*、オムレツ、牛乳、ヨーグルト、ドライフルーツも食べられます。ヨーグルトは美味しいですが、コーヒーはインスタントです。部屋は毎日掃除してくれますが、3日間の滞在中は水のボトルしかもらえませんでした。毎日ボトルを置いたほうが合理的だと思います。

Отель очень красив изнутри. Но номера ужасны. Очень уставший ремонт. Сервис тоже плохой. Не советую. Соотношение цены и качества очень низкое

My stay at MuTu hotel was absolutely fantastic! The interior design is modern yet cozy with beautiful attention to detail. The living space features comfortable purple sofas and elegant sheer curtains that let in plenty of natural light. The dining area is stunning with a large dining table, stylish chairs, and thoughtful plant decorations that add a touch of nature indoors. What really impressed me was the kitchen - it has gorgeous colorful mosaic tile backsplash that gives a vibrant personality to the space, contrasting beautifully with the two-tone cabinetry (dark and wood finish). Everything was immaculately clean and well-organized. The staircase area with its contrasting dark and white railings shows the careful design elements throughout the property. The light pink/beige walls create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The owner is an incredibly kind Chinese gentleman who goes above and beyond to assist guests with anything they might need. His hospitality made the stay even more special. If you're looking for a beautifully designed, comfortable place with excellent service, MuTu hotel is definitely worth booking!
