We had a group of 9 stay at your beautiful Villa to celebrate hubby’s 60th Birthday! The Villa was amazing - the staff are beautiful and very friendly and welcoming! Great location and the pool table and swimming pool got used every day ! We all looked forward to our morning breakfast . Highly recommend Villa Kinaree Thank you

An excellent stay, the staff were very helpful but discreet so you feel like the place is your own, the location is in a secure area and therefore no road noise ect but close enough to eateries and shopping. The Villa isn’t well suited for kids and doesn’t claim to be but they still had a ball. Would recommend this place to stay especially with a larger group of friends

Beautifull, Clean, smell good all of our room and excellent hospitality, nice come again to Villa Kinaree. We got delicious Breakfast, Fried Rice, Fried Noodle and Chicken Soto, and they give us fresh Fruita Complimentary. Thank You Villa Kinaree, very Satisfying.

We have just finished our 5 night stay here at this beautiful villa. There were 10 adults over to celebrate a big birthday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and all of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble, helping with groceries, transport, money and laundry to name a few. All bedrooms were beautiful and well equipped without feeling on top of each other. All of the the food the chef prepared was amazing. The villa is Walking distance to coffee shops, markets, beach and bars. I can not recommend this place highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Thank you Donny and staff for making this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

A wonderful villa in a prime location. Staff on hand were tremendously helpful, and the on-site facilities made for a wonderful experience for my friends and I. Perfect place for a larger group looking for a quick getaway!

The villa exceeded expectations and the staff provided impeccable service. We organised a large group trip (18 pax) and there was enough space on the property for everyone. The pool in the centre of the villa was also an amazing addition, and we played some games in it. There was also complimentary breakfast, a pool table and a tv console (we brought a Nintendo switch for games). More importantly, the staff were responsive and accommodating. We booked our in-house massages in the early hours of the morning but the villa manager Donny and his team managed to settle in-house massage requests for the same day (usually at least a 2hr advance notice is required). They also arranged airport transfer on request for all of us (which saved us a lot of hassle).

A disappointing experience at a premium price. I’ve been taking friends and customers to Bali for years and decided to spend a little more wanting to keep my guests together and to be spoiled by the staff that Kinaree promises. The summary of my trip is a little disappointing. Whilst the gardens, rooms, facilities were very nice, the staff were no where to be seen. Whilst breakfast was nice, cooking options were very inflexible through the day, where you had to give the staff substantial notice to cook a nasi goreng for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. The 24 hour security appeared to be a myth, where I they were never noticed on a return from a night out. The service was a let down

Bedrooms & bathrooms are very clean & spacious! Everyone loved the private pool & pool table. Lounge & dining areas are spacious & well kept! Villa is just around the corner from Local Coffee mini cafe, pick up your piccolo/ flat white/ croissant/ smoothie bowl from here ; )

Amazing villa in the heart of Seminyak. We had multiple generations staying at the Villa from a 9mth old baby to grandparents. The staff were really friendly and super helpful going out of their way to help us with every request. The only minor criticism is the swimming pool was cold so we didn’t use it that much.
