A very nice hotel with an amazing infinity pool. Friendly staff, stunning sea view from each and every room of the hotel, good restaurants. Great breakfast with a wide range of Asian and western dishes, all types of egg dishes, tasty cappuccino. The wi-fi connection wasn’t perfect in the swimming pool area and the air in the room was a bit humid. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Superb hospitality by the staff. Location might not seem the best but as compared to the hustle bustle of Canggu/Seminyak, you get the cliff side views and tranquility. And not to forget the luxurious, pool side view of surf boarders under the orange glow of sunset. Special mention to members of the concierge, who were ever so quick to respond to any of our requests - making our stay an extremely comfortable and hassle free experience. Highly recommended to hire a private driver during your trip to Bali and it resolves the "inconvenient location" problem. Will definitely be back to stay again 👍

Hotel is clean and cosy. This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Bali. Will definitely come again.

Lovely hotel by the beach. You can walk there in about ten minutes. The building is old but it’s well maintained. The rooms are large. Value for money. I would stay here again.

The service and facilities at Anantara Uluwatu is just not the standards you expect from the Anantara brand. There is construction going on in a resort next door and the gave me a room right next to the drilling and despite the hotel not being near capacity. Only to be told that their supervisor refused to move me. I asked for assistance with restaurant bookings at top restaurants in the area but that too was unsuccessfully managed and only a few minutes after their attempts i managed to get a table at the same restaurant. The hotel is rather tired looking along with the staff as well. There are many better choices in the area.

We had an amazing time at Anantara in Uluwatu. Everything was above our expectations, the staff were all so polite and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The infinity pool has a great view of the sunset so you don't even need to go out to another beach club for that. Our room had a massive jacuzzi that we used every night. Our package included breakfast, 1 night's dinner, 1 afternoon tea session, and a personal 30min photography session. You will get 1 free print out of the photo of your choice, then you can choose to purchase the rest, but not required. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to get away and experience a good time.

View from the room and location was breathtaking and we really enjoyed the infinity pool and jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel also provided a free local sparkling wine as we were celebrating our anniversary and that was a nice touch. The hotel restaurant also served decent seafood and we really enjoyed the acoustic live music. However, compared to other mass luxury hotels in Bali, the resort came across as outdated and slightly run down. My bathroom tap was leaking, the bathroom constantly smelled musty and the bath toiletries provided didn’t feel like good quality or had a nice scent compared to other hotels. I didn’t appreciate that the hotel still gave plastic water bottles which is not environmentally friendly. Breakfast was decent in terms of quantity and variety but quality was not great. The yoga teacher was great but the studio was dirty and the mats were not great quality. It would have been nice to have the class by the podium facing the ocean but it was scheduled in an indoor studio. Overall it was an ok stay but we will choose other newer hotels in the area next time.

The location was spectacular but with no accessible beach it is limited unless you start getting taxis and shuttle buses to surfing beaches . The architects grand statement of lots of staircases meant a good workout up and down all day long. Understand hotels have been closed and neglected for 2 years ....but for a 5 star venue it was looking dated and tired compared to the gorgeous Raddison next door. Service in restaurants, front of house and spa were all great

Spacious rooms, with a jacuzzi facing sunsets on your balcony! Could improve a bit on the breakfast menus, the dinner is tasty and flavorful! Friendly staffs, breathtaking views from the pool, on a cliff, overlooking the ocean. Some of my complaints are (a)from the room down to the pool is quite a journey, so many...many steep stairs. I traveled with my pregnant wife, and my 68 year old Mom, and my 4year old son, and it's quite an exercise just to go down the pool (and back!) should have extended elevators down to the pool too. (b) The shower drain in our room somehow didn't work properly and water flows out from the glass door. And the bum gun is awkwardly positioned, with very short and stiff hose, not convenient at all. (c) please improve a bit cleanliness of the room. The hotel is quite old but can use some repairs. The drawer containing the SDB jammed the cupboard doors everytime I close it. Some fragrance might help as the sofa or I'm not sure what, but it releases some humid odors. Hotel gives you a free photo sessions shoot(thank you!) but you'll have to pay for the copies, but it's worth it. Thank you Mr. Surya!
