The bed was comfy, great water pressure. Enjoyed being able to stream my apps on my down time. Pool was nice and relaxing. Staff were very helpful. Not far out of town. I would definitely stay again

Was a little set back to arrive and find the place locked up even though it was before closing time When we found a staff member, she pointed out the the keys were in the Locked pickup box, and that we hadn't provided a contact number so she couldn't let us know the combination to access the box - luckily she hadn't left the premises but she was on her way out. Bed comfortable, room tidy but not really worth $200 a night

Centre of town. When requesting booking the 1 bedroom apartment I wanted, it was actually a double bed standard hotel room. We found out on confirmation on booking and no apartments were available. No queen bed as listed in the hotel room option. No extra blankets and had to rely on a/c to maintain room temp. Did not contact me regarding late check in and had to call ahead to find out how to get in. Did not see any staff the entire weekend. Reception was open but empty.

Amazing staff. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was amazing. Had the best Sirloin steak. Would definitely stay here again.

We were towing a trailer, this was no problem parking here. They sectioned off some place which we appreciated. The room had all the appointments that you expect. Friendly staff.

Dated but clean and staff were very helpful. Restaurant was closed.

The northern rivers region has had a tough few years. Floods, Covid, floods and again.. floods. You could understand if people were tired and short of patience in these situations but.. from the moment I arrived here everyone of the staff were smiles and welcoming . They cannot do enough to assist their guests and are happy to be available. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has all that the average traveller would need. Housekeeping daily and they clean everything . Whilst I was the guest here, it was my privilege to stay. Supporting small regional business is important but to support one that gives 100% to service is a rare treat and I enjoyed my stay.

The plumbing didn’t work on one of my nights and they moved me to another room. Can hear cars on the road outside the hotel which was annoying. The restaurant wasn’t open except for one night of my stay annd the menu was quite outdated annd overpriced for what they were debi v so I skipped it. Overall, not bad, and fine perhaps for an overnight stay but not for longer. I am not sure I would stay there again. The walk into main shops in River street isn’t “5 minutes” away as sold - it’s more like a good 15 minutes or longer and you have to cross the main roads. Ok maybe in summer but not great in winter.
