私たちは、大人 2 名と子供 3 名用のプライベート プール付きのファミリー フォレスト ヴィラを選択しました。とても良かったし、ここに泊まってとても満足していますが、気に入らない点がいくつかありました。プールの清潔さ、食事の選択について朝食と子供の年齢に対するルール...それは本当にストレートです😂N、店内での食事の料金と提供時間については、価格を下げることができます、早くしてください、顧客は他のレストランに行くよりもあなたを選ぶでしょう。外出するのに時間をかけるよりもリラックスして穏やかになりたいのですが、ここに滞在するのは楽しいです。自然と穏やかさを求めてまた戻ってきます...戻ってきたときにさらに改善されていることを願っています😘😘😘Tq...

There are lot of improvement needed. Road linking the main road and to the beach to be decorated to show a lively environment. Sliding door has to be replace and make good. Parking space can be better arrange especially for the elderly. Breakfast choice can be enhance with more traditional cakes.

My wife and I stayed here in October for an overnight staycation. For the high price paid, we expected much better. After all, the price is equivalent to a 5-star hotel in KL. The villas look quaint from the outside, but inside they are EXTREMELY dated - The decor is straight out of the early 80's, before my wife was even born ! The bathrooms are in a state of disrepair. You can't take a shower without the water backing up through the toilet and making loud glugging noises. The water took forever to drain from the sink, presumably clogged with decades of hair. Several lights in the room were not functioning and the safe box was totally broken. The only modern thing in our room - a large flat screen TV, is connected to an old-style Astro satellite box with only a few channels subscribed. Unfortunately the 'traditional' wooden sofa was as hard as a board, so uncomfortable to watch TV for long. The bed - set up as a mock four-poster - was fairly comfortable, mattress a bit too hard for my tastes; but we slept well, particularly with no outside noise. Luckily, the aircon was working very well . A kettle is provided, and there is a refrigerator in the room which (eventually) keeps drinks cold. Take note that only two small bottles of water are provided. Also provided are some sachets of no-name coffee, and tiny bottles of no-name shampoo/shower gel (it appears to be the same stuff inside each!); So make sure to bring your own. The small pool was adequate, dark, and actually resembled a fish/turtle pond rather than a plunge pool. The main pool of the hotel is a different story: It appears to have been recently modernised and is wonderful. Better still, we stayed mid-week so there were no noisy local families & kids. We had it pretty much to ourselves. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. A very limited selection compared with Holiday Villa Langkawi where we have stayed many times previously. Went for dinner in the restaurant, and our first choice for meals and drinks were 'finished already'. The satay was terrible, and the milkshakes were straight out of a bottle. I really hope that HV now spend some money to modernise these overpriced villa rooms, and improve their F&B offerings. Won't hurry back until they do.

We booked a family villa that consists of 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with bathtub. It was luxurious in every way..as though we were in the Maldives of Malaysia. And the service was extravagant from the guardhouse to the buggy service to the room service and etc. Excellent breakfast spread.. Variety of kids meal option in the menu plus the unique malay Cuisine menu curated by their talented Chefs. We were blown away by this luxurious yet family friendly hotel. Kudos to all your staff's dedication and team efforts!

チェックインはスムーズでした。海に面したファミリールームを予約しました。快適な滞在ができました、部屋は広としていて清潔で、ベッドは快適で、景色は素晴らしかったです。タオル、バスフォーム、シャンプー、電気ケトル、詰め物の飲み物、ボトル入りの水が提供されます。ただし、部屋にミニ冷蔵庫はありません。ホテルがロビーに温水/冷水ディスペンサーを提供してくれて嬉しいです。必要なときにボトルを補充しました。何か必要なときはいつでも、スタッフは笑顔で私に会いました。朝食はまともでした。ビーチ沿いに配置された大きな石の山にイライラし、景色を遮り、ビーチを本当に楽しむことができません。しかし、潮が引くと、私たちはそれを最大限に活用しました。近くの飲食店や食料品店のある5人家族向けの手頃な部屋。

ベッドはとても快適です。ルームサービスは早いです (タオルがもう 1 枚必要だと文句を言いましたが、追加のタオルを持って 5 分以内に現れました)。チェックインは迅速で、部屋は清潔で、ベッドシーツも清潔です。残念ながら部屋は防音ではなく、隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえ、部屋は道路に近いため、かなり騒がしいです。朝食はまあまあですが、無料なので文句はありません。

Great beach accommodation with a private beach. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have all necessary amenities. Private beach is about 20m from the backyard of the casa. Beach is with superfine sandy beach with crystal clear water. No dead corals, and we spend hours walking up and down the beach bare-footed. This stretch of beach is secluded from any day tripper, and we enjoy every moment here exclusively. Would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately, the price is on the high side and may not appeal to many.
