We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. Thanks to Raja and Janaki .The location of the hotel is great with mountain view. Rooms were cleaed and the bed was really comfortable. Value for money. Tasty and mouthwatering food.

❤️ One of the best places in Bandarawela to stay and have a decent vacation for a reasonable price. Located facing at a beautiful environment. Service is in good quality. Has hot water. No A/C (You don’t need AC actually; it’s really cold.) Food is good. Has 3 course meals. If you are using public transport, you can come by train or bus. The hotel is located walking distance from Kinigama Railway Station. Or if you’re coming by bus, get on to Makulella bus. You can get down near the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains - the view is unmatched Had the most wonderful time with my family. Old colonial style bungalow with spacious clean rooms. Staff were so lovely and accomodating Will be returning!

Less American- westernized ambiance Ie don’t play American pop music Would like more native food ( not western style only options) Need more privacy when dining Attendant stands over us all the time during meals - feels like a guard Though he is polite Not comfortable, need some privacy, space to enjoy meals etc Thanks

Situated in a beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the mountains and an amazing place to relax with family and friends. And to top up all of it the overall service provided by Mr. Chaminda. Mr. Rajah. Ms. Janaki. Hats of to the staff for making our holiday so pleasant and enjoyable. Kudos to the chef for the amazing food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Villa Perpetua is a beautiful, Quiet Peaceful Classy Boutique Hotel. We were looking to get away from the city and this place was the right choice. The view from the villa was amazing. The place is well maintained and the staff made us feel so welcome and were ever ready to meet our needs & have a memorable stay.. The rooms are clean comfortable and so are the washrooms which was most important for us. Situated close to Ella and other tourist spots made it so much more easy for us to visit the crowded places and then come back to our peaceful haven. The food was very tasty and truly we got our money's worth. Would certainly go back with my family and recommend it to anyone without a doubt. You will surely enjoy your stay as much as we did! A quaint little Villa and we were the only guests. The food was average/nice but basic and not a lot of choice. Which we totally understand when you are the only two guests. There was no alcohol well only beer and red wine. Room was nice and had a great view of the town and we could see the train travelling to and from Columbo. The shower was nice and hot once the water came down from the road but the pressure wasn’t the best.
