Room is spacious, have all the necessities, free flow mineral water and room slipper upon request. Sound proofing is bad, you can hear everyone walking, talking and even the lift sound when you stay at the last room. Avoid Room 402, water pressure is very low. There will be power tripped when you are using water heater in Room 608, we have to go to the “electrical switchboard” to switch it back ourselves at least 5 times per shower which is dangerous.

I had the very best stay in this hotel, so comfy and nice. I’d definitely stay here again for my future trip.

I booked a a room for 2 and add extra bed to stay for 3 people. I have to add almost half price of the room for extra bed. The extra bed is way too expensive as it’s not comfortable and not included breakfast. A bit expensive for that!!! It’s nice and quiet though. I like the location, with walls distance to Pratunam market, big C, and Platinum.

Location is a little tucked in towards the end of the lane. Takes about 5 mins to get to the main street. Big 7-11 just around the corner, very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s also a massage centre at the entrance. Very good service and value for money.

location was decent, you probably need to book a grab ride to get to the central malls they offer free tuktuk rides but only within a small radius rooms and facilities were average, but for the price point i would say its worth it!

Good location and good service hotel is clean and air conditioner is super cold

Location of the hotel is more on the interior side of pratunam market but taxi by grab and tuktuk are convenient. Room cleanliness & amenities are standard. The only thing that caught my attention is that when it comes to amenities of the room, YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK for REPLENISHMENT like as basic as TOILET PAPER and COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLED WATER. It is NOT AUTOMATIC. You want something, you have to ask for it. BUFFET BREAKFAST is also very MINIMAL and same thing, YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK FOR REPLENISHMENT like no more egg, and other dishes that runs out. For me, the STAFF IN-CHARGE monitoring should do his job like what he is required to do and not that you have to CALL HIS ATTENTION to do it. Over-all comment - hotel is ok taking into consideration of the room rates BUT it could still do with some improvements. Thank you.

The hotel is located between buildings, to get there the roads are small and is far to walk out to main road. The hotel lobby is not as per the picture, its a massage area and the hotel lobby is shared with cupid hotel, so you have to walk further inside after the lobby, like going to back door to the area. The reception area is like those hour basis hotel...the lift to the hotel room are not lighted properly, dirty and small. When you reach your hotel room, the entrance are also not lighted properly, boxes of mineral water are stacked, noisy. The room, looks clean but the bedsheets are not, yellowish and smell, very shady, I immediately change hotel. Summary, not safe for solo female traveller for definite.
