Thank you Sebastian and the entire team at this resort. My family and I were on a last minute trip and thus looking for a decent place to stay. Since most of the city was sold out we were feeling hopeless and unsure of our next step. Luckily, I saw that this resort had availability! Upon arrival the room type I booked (3 bed room) was sold out but Sebastian saved the day by getting my family 2 rooms instead and he saved the day and our trip!!! Our family was more than happy with the service provided, I can confidently say that Samari will be our go to hotel and resort in Ambato. From the breakfast buffet options, to the hospitality provided by the spa/pool ladies, we had a great time. One thing that stuck out to me was when my grandmother made her way to the spa and due to a change of plans we had to reach the entrance level and leave the hotel. The spa lady (I wish I got her name) did not hesitate but to call a guy to drive my grandma from the spa level to her room entrance!! My grandma has a hard time getting around and going up and down stairs. I was beyond happy that this accommodation was quickly offered without hesitation. The spa lady overheard our situation and provided resolution promptly!! That’s the kind of service that define and contributes to the luxury brand. I was able to thank Sebastian and staff for all the hospitality prior to our departure so I hope upper management sees this and acknowledges his hospitality as well. I noticed that the same staff members take leadership of different roles so I commend them all for providing the excellent service that they do and with a smile!! As well as each staff member executed multiple job roles, I wish the hotel would hire more staff. The property did seem a little empty and each face met became familiar quickly due to each member taking leadership of each role. Once again, thank you Sebastian and Samari team, my entire family thanks you for your solution and excellent service. We hope to see you next year!
