非常好的酒店，智能化房間開關，設施都非常新。
酒店位置距離高迪三件套都不遠，而且幾十米距離就有一家Mercadona ，非常方便，下次繼續住！
早餐的當地特色香腸和土豆餅特別好吃！

房間舒適寬敞，設備也齊全，日常打掃亦非常仔細及清潔，住宿體驗佳。這次旅程唯一問題就是會重複收費，如果是以trip.com預訂，城市稅會在預訂房間時一併付清，而這次我以信用卡支付入住按金，在核對信用卡帳單時，發現酒店方在押金內再扣了一次城市稅，現還在等待酒店處理。建議各位入住時，以現金支付押金，避免退房後的一切問題，並檢查信用卡款項。

到達酒店後前台熱情，很會推銷酒店餐飲以及等周圍的餐館。然而，酒店位置離市區遠，地鐵也不方便，房間小，裝修氣味很重。最不好的體驗是離店，硬是把別的客人取消的出租車推薦給我們，出租車等候的里程費都記到我們的行程，直到下車仔細看了賬單才發現。之後再找酒店交涉，完全不管此事。還有，關於城市税問題，攜程已經提前收取，酒店退房時又扣了一遍，致電酒店態度堅決，最後攜程將多收費用退還，估計是攜程還沒有付給酒店。

Hemos realizado convención de empresa en este hotel recientemente inaugurado y tengo que destacar el servicio tan profesional y personalizado de Daniel, así como de todo el equipo; recepción, camareros, …tan amables en todo momento y pendiente de todos los detalles. Las salas de reuniones son muy acogedoras y confortables, en línea con el resto del hotel. La calidad del finger bufete espectacular! Ha sido un placer trabajar con profesionales como vosotros!

As a frequent traveler and a Titanium Marriott member, this hotel experience is disappointing. Our room is what is advertised as the single on the official website but they removed all of the furniture and squeezed in a king size bed. The a/c in the room does not work and the room is 24°C. I am literally dripping and it is 3am. The hotel is sold out and they do not have other rooms available except single beds. The only staff is the night supervisor who is nice but unable to help us further. I am told that the GM is on holiday until next Tuesday. What an awful first experience in Barcelona. If you value customer service, go somewhere else!

This was a perfect hotel. It was my first time in Spain and I feel like I made the best selection on where to stay a week. The location was excellent. It's a quiet area but a quick cab ride to everything. The bed was so comfortable. The first-floor bar and the rooftop lounge were awesome. The best thing of all was the service. Everybody at this hotel smiled and were so happy to help. If you stay, make sure you say hello to Gala. She works at the restaurant and also the bar. She gave me fantastic recommendations and was always so happy to have a conversation. Plus, she makes amazing cappuccinos! I left Barcelona knowing I had a great experience in the city and I know staying at this hotel helped me feel that way.
