TOCラムブラス(Toc Hotel Las Ramblas)

This was a great room close to everything on las Ramblas. The market nearby and convenient shops and restaurants were great. Secure rooms and courteous staff who gave great advice! You won’t be disappointed.

Our room was not clean when we arrived-even the toilet was not flushed- and we had to wait and ask for a couple of times about the situation, staff could have been more competent. Actually the main problem was that our room had no windows and there was no information about this before we make a reservation or at the hotel. Shower curtain was not suitable for a shower, it was just regular linen curtain which could not stop the water and there was no hand wash soap and there was no hangers to hang our towels except the one above the toilet seat which you cannot reach from the shower. So for a tiny room which is going to be water around, having no windows did not help us drying the towels or swimsuits. All in all, hotel is at a great location, people were polite, design was very tasteful but our room was not practical nor suitable to stay unfortunately.

Very clean and great staff! The parking garage nearby and is very clean and convenient. It is right before the hotel, don’t miss it or you need to go around the block to get back to it. I would go back.

It's a brand new hotel and the staff were very welcoming on the whole - although when we asked for more water to be filled in the reception area, our request was refused! Very strange. Being new there were clearly hiccups; the cold water tap in our room dribbled but the shower was very strong fortunately. it's ideally located just off the Placa de Catalunya and by Liceu Metro station.

Un accueil simple, des explications rapides.. Le couloir sale.. Arrivés dans la chambre, une odeur de parfum à recouvrir les mauvaises odeurs!!! Sous les lits de la poussière, des cheveux.. et j’en passe Dans la salle de bain, des cheveux collés contre les carreaux et la brosse des toilettes affreusement sale!!! Et le pire!!! Retrouver un soutien gorge dans le coin du fauteuil!!!!!!!!!!! Une très grande déception alors que nous avions fait confiance aux avis et aux notes!!!!!! Déçue!!!!

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. I feel the small room was adequate but should have cost less.

Room was small but clean. Felt like there was no air in the room, for some reason there was a standing fan which isn’t a typical thing to see. Another issue was the level of noisiness, perhaps because the room was located close to the elevator.

Super close, within steps to the Las Ramblas shopping and dining area. Super clean, safe and welcoming with a great breakfast!

The service here was fantastic and 24/7. This hotel is a very good location if you are wanting to be relatively close to lots in the city. My brother and I felt very safe here as there is always someone to open the door and close it behind you after entering. The room was very eco friendly and the beds were quite cozy. The fan in the bathroom is a bit obnoxious/ loud and comes on everytime the light is turned on. Everything was very very clean except for the shelving. These shelves were very dusty and I set papers atop them and when I pulled them down I got dust in my eye and could not open my eye until the next morning. I checked the shelves above eye level the next day and they were covered in dust. The low shelves were dusted properly and I cannot say anything else was short of pristine cleanliness. :)
