Really disappointing experience. The pictures make it look so much nicer than it really is. There were exposed wires hanging from sockets and lights, and the host was incredible rude. Would not stay again. Feel like we were deceived when booking due to the pictures.

The accommodation is nothing like the pictures, not nice at all. Really upsetting experience for my fiancée who was visiting Spain for first time. Owner was rude and disrespectful on the phone. The hotel down the road is much nicer, stay there instead! Horrible experience all round!

We stayed there late December, it was really disappointing. The ratings are very good which is surprising, however like a lot of recent guests by the sounds of it, our experience was terrible. The place itself was dim, really shoddy, and not well looked after, there was even mould on the bathroom floor and shower. The rooms are so small! Cupboard under the stairs type small! We paid extra for a courtyard view, the view was on the inside of the building that looked like a prison overlooking washing and filthy patios down below. Prison Break vibes. How they class it as a courtyard room is laughable! Trying to get hold of the owners was a joke,Couldn't reach them at all, and all they did was text back to say 'text me at work' Only positive thing was that the bed was very comfy! But didn't stop us being woken up every few hours with the noise! Which went on throughout the nights.

De badkamer was echt verschimmeld en kapot. Het plankje hing los, de kastdeurtjes konden niet dicht en waren echt vies. De douchecabine was verkalkt en sloot niet af, waardoor het water zo op de vloer liep. Echt heel erg jammer, van dit leuke B&B op een top locatie.

Me siento estafado y engañado. Teníamos la reserva 16 agosto la habitacion 101 . Llegamos con 2 niños a las 11 de la noche y la habitacion estaba ocuapdo por otras personas ( nose como ha entrado allí si la llave de la habitacion estaba en la caja de seguridad, solo puedo pensar que cualquier personas y con cualquier llave puede entrar en la habitacion. 0 seguridad ) nos prometen que me iba devolver el dinero.cancelando la reserva en el booking. Y ya ha pasado un mes y medio todavia no he recibido el dinero. Siempre pone la excusa de que no tiene tiempo para hacer un simple transferencia. Siempre dice mañana te paso la transferencia. Y nose cuantas mañanas ha pasado. Tengo todo los mensajes de whatsApp de que me prometen k me devuelven el dinero y mañana hago la transferencia y nunca llega. Ya no se puede fiar la palabra de esta persona.

Il B&b sarebbe anche carino e in una buona posizione ma dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti per Poter fare check in con appuntamento Prenotato una volta entrati in camera una sorpresa… la camera non era stata pulita muri macchiati lampada sradicata dal muro con buchi e fili penzolanti lenzuola gialle piene di macchie e doccia piena di peli . Console e muro Con macchie di sporco unto e chissà cos altro … il proprietario anche dice che dopo il check in alle 16.00 previsto all ‘1 avremmo dovuto aspettare 30 min per la pulizia ma peccato che era già andato via e non c’era nessuno ! Viaggio spesso e frequento Molti posti mai avuto un esperienza simile ho prenotato un altro Hotel e sono andato via ! Nemmeno hanno pensato ad un rimborso assurdo come il loro Comportamento
